Thanks for writing! I am always eager to hear your feedback. I want to personally apologize for the issues you encountered. Certainly Covid has impacted our industry and we have done our best to alert our customers before they arrive on property of the reduced services. We notify our customers via our website, we also have ample signage throughout the hotel. Our front desk agent should have also alerted you to the restrictions. I do apologize that you were not satisfied with your stay. Certainly comments such as yours help us to improve as a hotel. I know this does nothing to make up for a less than satisfactory experience, but hopefully will demonstrate our commitment to our guests.

I am very sorry you did not enjoy your stay due to the nature of how our handicap rooms are designed. Unfortunately all our full handicap rooms are designed that way and are not able to make adjustments until our hotel is renovated.
