hotel en malas condiciones necesita mejorar
mi estadía fue por 4 noches y nunca se acercaron hacer limpieza a la habitación y se pidió en recepción y tampoco lo hicieron hasta la ultima noche el hotel y las habitaciones necesitan remodelación y se escucha mucho ruido de la calle el cobro de parqueo no aparece en la pagina al llegar tiene cobro adicional

El hotel está situado en un lugar excelente,, sin embargo le falta muuucho cuidado en su limpieza, tanto de las alfombras de pasillos como las de las recámaras,, están viejas y sucias,,, El cuarto que nos tocó estuvo muy ruidoso ya que se encontraba junto a recepción, El concepto de la distribución es muy buena , pero ya es un hotel viejo y no han remodelado nada, El desayuno es muy bueno, completo y el personal que atiende muy amable ,,

Buena experiencia en general. La habitación que nos tocó es muy ruidosa porque da al highway, la persona que nos atendió en recepción no fue nada amable, parecía que estaba de mal humor y con flojera de atender. Por lo demás todo fue bueno

Muy Buena Opción para Alojarse en Dallas Tx.
Hotel muy cómodo y bien ubicado, cerca de centros comerciales,(North Park Center y Park Lane) restaurantes y lugares de entretenimiento. La habitación es amplia, como un pequeño departamento con todo lo que necesitas para una agradable y cómoda estancia. Muy Buena relación Precio/Calidad. Sin Duda regresaria.

Reserve habitación con 2 camas dobles para mi esposa y mis 2 hijos y nos dieron habitación con una sola cama doble y un súper incómodo sofá cama y el hotel se desentendió alegando que era problema de Hoteles.com. Muy muy mal

I do apologize for the inconvenience you experience at check in and the room type you were given. Because you did go through a third party and used their prepay credit card, we are not allowed to change reservations once they have been booked. We always suggest guests book directly through our Hyatt website for the better deals and upgrades.

El hotel tiene todo para ser una buena opción para ir con familias. Pero el servicio de limpieza en la habitación es pésimo. No limpian, hay días q ni entraron en la habitación para reponer toallas y hacer la cama. El desayuno es malo. El lugar está sucio y la gente no es amable. No voy a volver a este hotel.

El hotel está muy limpio, la habitación tambien, es un hotel que acepta mascotas. Tienen un desayuno caliente muy completo por las mañanas y por las tardes hay aperitivos, vino y cerveza para los huespedes. Está muy bien ubicado cerca de centros comerciales.

Maybe I'm wrong but I think I read this hotel had free parking, but at the end of the day they do charge a $10/night fee. I parked outside on the "30 minute max" parking spaces with the risk of being towed away, among with all others that I saw doing the same :)
