En generar muy bien, solo no hubo limpieza de la habitación durante toda la estancia… no hay cajones para guardar ropa.

De inicio al check in no me comentaron que no hacian limpieza diaria de habitaciones, me hicieron cobro con tarjeta cuando les pedia que iba a pagar en efectivo no eran amables en la atencion

El hotel cuenta con un gran servicio, la estancia fue agradable. La limpieza de las habitaciones es muy buena al llegar. No te limpian el cuarto dura te tú estancia por COVID.

Perfecto!
Excelente hotel. Muy limpio, buen desayuno, lo escogimos ya que aún en pandemia ofrecen un desayuno caliente que es suficiente para empezar el día. Las camas deliciosas, el cuarto muy espacioso, muy limpio todo y excelente atención de las personas que trabajan ahí. Excelente valor por tu dinero.

Las habitaciones bien, el tema que no fue bueno en mi vista es que no hacen la limpieza del cuarto. Comentan que por política de hilton, sólo hacen limpieza si la estancia es de más de 5 días. Eso no lo dijeron nunca en el momento de reservación o del Check-In

We pride ourselves on providing an excellent guest experience and we apologize for any inconveniences you experienced and that this policy was not communicated with you at check-in. Muy tranquilo y el personal muy amable, lo que no me gusto fue la calidad de colchones que tienen ya estan muy biejos, cuando te recuestas el colchon se iba asta abajo y rechinaba, no fue muy grato, e estado barias veces en Hampton inn y nunca me abia tocado una cama tan disgusta,, ojala y mejoren su calidad de camas

I stayed here with my kids. The price was good, breakfast had several options, and the staff was all very friendly. If we need to stay in this corner of the DFW metro again, we'd stay here.

Thought the hotel was very clean. It seems like newer hotel. My AC was making a loud noise, that they didn’t fix. Had to move my room, as I was awoken from the kids, running in the room above me. They only do housekeeping upon request. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

We were in the Garland area for a cheer competition. This hotel was awesome! The last hotel we stayed at up here the showers were cold, and it was awful. This hotel had really good hot showers, the room was super spacious, the hallways, quiet, just all around an awesome property.

The air conditioner was extremely loud and made weird noises. Had I not been so exhausted I would have asked to switch rooms. Otherwise nice stay.
