Hotel bien ubicado, seguro, restaurante y tiendas donde puedes ir caminando…. Pero el hotel ya está muy viejo y descuidado las alfombras viejas y sucias, no hacen el aseo diario y el personal sin espíritu de servicio ni ganas de ayudar al huésped.

Gran fin de semana de verano
Tuve dudas de volver a quedarme en el hotel porque quería probar alguno de los que está justo al lado (Marriot). Pero mi decisión definitivamente fue la mejor. La pase increible. Justo el fin de semana hicieron una fiesta en la alberca para empleados y hasta me invitaron. El lugar es muy bueno para moverse a todas partes.

We could have had a great stay if the Hilton would keep properly functioning elevators. Only 1 of the 2 was working. We had to wait anywhere between 10-15 minutes for the elevator each time we needed it. The elevator would stop on the floor regardless if you needed to go up/down and the elevator was going up/down. There were several baseball teams staying and several business professionals so the hotel was BUSY. I was really disappointed overall because the elevator situation made it hard to do literally anything (we also have two very young kids, so the stairs from the 3rd floor down with all of the things we had with us was not feasible.) The hotel also was a furnace in the hallways, we would sweat while standing at the elevator bank. The hotel rooms were okay, we didn’t have issues there but overall just disappointed in the experience.

The elevators Seldom worked for the 3 days i didn't mind taking the stairs but I could see the agony in others! The staff at the counters were not friendly at all!! Ordered 90.00 worth of food from uber eats they left it downstairs because the elevators didn't work and somehow that food disappeared so I was out that Money as well

Some hairs in the sink and bathroom, room was clean otherwise, one elevator (of 2) was broken for entire 3 night stay. Second elevator stopped working during departure times Sunday mid morning. Breakfast additional fee and not good :( pool closed entire time (for now clear reason) and gym was fine but no water in it…many options in area I wouldn’t choose this again.

My booking was canceled and I was not informed by Expedia until I reached the front desk. They managed to ultimately find a room but the carpet was wet and an industrial dryer was in the room. The air conditioner was leaking water and the carpet progressively became wetter during the course of my stay.

I booked this hotel because of the pool area and when we got there we saw people being told to leave the pool so I asked the front desk and they said it was under maintenance and didn’t know when it would be fixed. Never offered a discount or anything. A lot of the cable channels didn’t work and the room was so hot.
