No hay limpieza de habitaciones ,lo tienes que hacer request ,si lo haces despues de las 11 am ya no hay servicio,lel seevicio al cliente pesimo ,rudas y de mal modo. La alfombra sucia en todo el edificio en general super malo.

EXPERIENCIA
Una de las camas tenía un hueco en el medio,el colchón estaba hundido y el hotel está como en mantenimiento y no lo hace verse muy bien y la piscina no está disponible. Las chicas de recepción 10/10

Las paredes y la alfombra estaban muy sucias. El desayuno es bastante completo y el gimnasio y piscina están muy bien.

Me gustó que tienen agua natural con naranja en recepción. Recibí paquetes y no hubo cargos. Me perdieron un pantalón de pijama.

Reservación
No se respetó la reservación como se realizo, se solicitaron 2 cuartos con dos camas cada uno y al llegar se proporcionó 1 cuarto con 2 camas y 1 con 1 cama, el hotel accedió a dar una cama adicional ya que no tenía habitaciones disponibles, sin embargo la cama sólo fue un catre. Muy mal ya que por algo se realizo con tanta anticipación la reserva para evitar estos inconvenientes y las seis personas estuvieran cómodas cosa que no fue así. Sino se respetan las características de reserva entonces para que existe la opción del tipo de cuarto.

The propert is in bad shape. The key entry did not work the room leaked after a storm the smoking area was filthy. I think it was recently purchased by IHG. The staff was very polite. It is not their fault that the property is a mess.

The lady at check in was super sweet and kind. The overnight guy was not. Hotel definitely needs a revamp. Could be nice but aesthetically is held together with duct tape and silicone. Unsightly previous damage and leaks everywhere that were not completely repaired

The hotel is under renovation so probably not a fair review, just a little outdated, not as clean. Staff was amazing, breakfast was what is expected. Overall pleasant experience.

This hotel needs some maintenance attention. The pool was closed, a treadmill was broken, the pancake machine was broken, side door was missing a handle and didn’t open from the outside. The WiFi was slow.

Room was very dark, tv did not work and smoke alarm was missing. I was eventually able to have the issues addressed the second day we were there.

The hotel has really been downgraded. The room we had featured a patched ceiling with silicone due to a water leak, a constantly dripping bathtub faucet, dresser drawers that kept opening—forcing us to secure them with a hanger, and worn-out carpet with stains and a moldy smell. Some doors on the first floor lacked doorknobs and had holes in them, while the elevator was scratched and in need of repair. Outside, there were individuals with facial tattoos who appeared to be under the influence, behaving irrationally. I felt extremely uneasy going outside. I will never stay at this hotel again or recommend it to anyone else.

Hotel door would no lock. Had this fixed twice and when I woke the last day - after unlocking the deadbolt, it would not lock again. It was clean but had missing trim, exposed wood where there should have been tile. Not what I expected for $130 per night

This was the worse Holiday Inn property I have ever stayed at. Property is not clean and in bad condition.

When we got there the gentleman at the front desk was great and very nice. We got our room and when we open the door OMG it smelled like smoke. He was so nice he got us another room and it was good till the toilet broke and it was like that for three days and the shower curtain was to short that the water would be al over the floor. Other then that it was a good stay I would stay there again.

The room I was in had bed bugs. I have numerous bites. The door didn’t automatically lock so anyone could have come in while I wasn’t there. Luckily no one did. I was put in a second room for the last part of my stay and some of the furniture was broken causing the drawer to be in the pulled out position. Have not heard from hotel manager yet.
