Apenas llegamos al hotel cancele la estadia, ya que fue el peor hotel que he visitado en mi vida, mucha gente fumando, muy sucio, me indicaron que si cancelaba no me devolvian el dinerl, igual preferi irme!!! Deberian de indicar las condiciones que esta ese hotel antes de ofrecer las habitaciones

Estaba muy sucio! La cocineta tenía restos de comida y había cucarachas de las chiquitas! Restos de colillas de cigarro en el lavabo del baño cuando se supone que es una habitación de no fumar .

I made my reservations a week before my trip and when I arrived at the hotel at 1:00 am. They didn't have any reservations and I had my reservation number and they said they no longer had a room available.

Llegamos al hotel. Nunca llegamos a alojarnos. Vimos la situación del lugar y la gente q estaba hospedada allí y decidimos no alojarnos. Hasta el mismo empleado del hotel nos hizo desistir de hospedarnos en el lugar. Había gente con música fuerte y fumando en los pasillos. Muy mala impresión.

La reservación era para tres personas y la habitación que nos dierón sólo tenía una camma matrimonial. Y ya no había habitaciones disponibles, el personal muy lento para atender, muy poca organización.

El hotel en sí está bien, limpio y amplio, pero creo que por ese precio podrían incluir desayuno. Además, no tiene piscina ni un área común, cosa que hubiera sido agradable. En la noche pedimos a recepción que nos llamara a un taxi en la mañana y se olvidaron. Por otro lado, uno de nosotros tenía su vuelo en la noche, pero no tuvo más remedio que quedarse todo el día en el aeropuerto porque no le permitieron dejar sus maletas en la recepción, cosa que nos parece increíble. Su excusa de que "no tenían espacio" nos pareció casi un insulto, pues era obvio que sí tenían.

Económico y ubicado estratégicamente.
Hotel Económico, habitaciones limpias, confortables y dotadas para permanecer varios días sin porblemas. Ubicado estratégicamente para quienes piensan en movilizarce por medio del transporte publico, además de tener en sus alrededores diferentes expendios de comida rápida. El punto a mejorar es la conexión a internet la cual NO ES GRATIS y esta a veces era intermitente, por otra parte la abitación tenia cierto olor a humo de cigarrillo, pero ni modo los NORTE AMERICANOS fuman de mas :( En fin lo recomiendo ampliamente para conocer la ciudad de DALLAS y alrededores.

Hotel was oversold ....no room to stay in ...
I booked my room online thru hotels.com ...one hour later i arrived at the hotel, and they me they didn't have any rioms available. They oversold their hotel. So despite having a hotel confirmation, i didnt have a room reserved to stay at their hotel

No one answered for an Hour. I was sent here because of delayed flight. Drugs, hookers, I had not toilet paper, the fridge was broke, bed looked sat in with TV still on. No way to complain. When I went to just get TP there was an ambulance and a fire truck. Caos. They charged me twice and still didn’t get my money back. This is a nasty dangerous place. Uber driver even said he didn’t like going there and that was daytime. Hotels.com shouldn’t advertise or use them as a choice.

Absolutely disgusting, holes in the curtains, cockroaches everywhere, hair in the bed, filthy bathroom. We went to the nearest Target and bought our own bedding because I refused to sleep on the provided bedding. So many loiterers outside, all night. Felt very unsafe and loud.

Run fast and do not room here. Most terrible rooms l've stayed at ever unlimited roaches can't get away from them room smells bad and also major drug selling on the premises.

Bugs, very dirty, horrible smell, loud noises outside all night, car alarms going off every 5 mins. Had to leave 2 hours in my stay.

There are too many roaches. And there was a couple yelling and fighting outside at midnight for 30 minutes straight.

I liked that it is close to DWF airport. I was bummed: The studio lacked a latch, the window seems not sturdy enough, dirt on stairs. The curtain had like blood stains on it! There was no remote for the TV and the lady in reception was overwhelmed a bit. I would ask for a partial refund or some Expedia Bonus. Thank you!
