The "absolute dump" you refer to is ranked 1st in 2023 in its competitive set (Marriott Town Place, Hampton Inn, Sleep Inn, Best Western) by Expedia travelers in, cleanliness, condition and facilities, amenities and staff and service. Our "grossly overpriced" rate is generally 20-40 lower than the Hampton Inn and Marriott.
