Muy recomendable! El hotel está impecable, la habitación divina, todo nuevo y limpio y los empleados muy amables y serviciales. Muchas comodidades como por ejemplo la lavanderia para huéspedes en donde podés lavarte la ropa vos mismo por monedas, la despensa con comidas y bebidas disponibles las 24 hrs, el restaurant, la pileta, etc. Muy cerca hay un supermercado, el shopping está a unas pocas cuadras y muchos lugares oara comer.

We stayed here for the 2024 eclipse. They set the room rate very high, but that is to be expecded. The hotel listed the pool an excersize area CLOSED for renovation, so we left swimsuits home. Poor communication and lazy web updating by this hotel. Also suprised by the PAY EXTRA for breakfast. Many similar hotels have complimentary breakfast. Overall experience was okay but less than great due to hotels out-of-date warning about pool closure and a profiteering with room rates and paid breakfast.

The toilet in our room ran constantly, despite two requests for maintenance. In addition, the refrigerator was quite noisy. Housekeeping seemed substandard—only done every other day, and toiletries were not refilled. Back entrance was poorly lighted, with no ramp to use when pulling luggage.

We booked a hotel for 2 nights, it was $300, the jacuzzi was off limits because it was closed and the pool wasn’t heated it was freezing, our first room wouldn’t run hot water and had stains on the sheets, we got another room it was better but there is no jacuzzi tubs like there is in the pics which is really upsetting other then that it was ok.

We got bumped down to a junior suite the day of our check in. Was notified only hours before we left for our trip. This was due to the whirlpool needing maintenance. Nothing was stated about the main floor pool and hot tub being closed as well.

Overall the property and staff were fine. The issue we had was having to change rooms at 3 AM bc the room next to us was blaring the TV.

Entry, lobby, and bar/restaurant were standard to Hilton Garden Inn. The room had an electric shade that did not work so could not see out window. Shower had no shower curtain so bathroom soaked with water after showering.

Nice hotel in a nice area
Nice hotel in a nice area. A lot of dining options within a couple miles and only 10 minutes from the Air Force Museum.

The trash of the hilton hotels
This was the worst experience ive ever had. Spent all this moneh to be treated like trash l arriived. Then after a long hard emotional day I thought i was going to get some relief in the jacuzzi tub.. NOPE. there is no drain stopper. Wish i could gwg a refund or a different stay

Tired facility. Needs investment for maintenance and upkeep. Looks tired and dirty from wear. Staff are nice but need more professional polish to step up a level.

Pros-The hotel itself appeared to be very nice, and the rooms were very clean. The bar was a nice feature and the bartender was very friendly. Pricey though. Cons- the beds were awful and none of us got any sleep, in the gym, half the equipment was down, the hot tub was down, the pool area didn’t seem as well kept as the rest of the hotel. for much cheaper price, you can add breakfast when reserving the hotel which you need to do if you’re planning on eating breakfast there. The breakfast was no different than any free breakfast in any other hotel but they were trying to charge $12 a person for it. Online they give you a voucher when you get there but still charge you and give you a bill to leave a tip. The whole thing was a little off to me, seeing as how the only thing the lady did was pour my coffee, which I could’ve turned around and poured myself at the self-serve station, I wasn’t sure why we would be tipping anybody for that. Typically any hotel with the free service has an attendant for breakfast no, I wouldn’t mind tipping that attendant but the way they go about it didn’t sit right with me and the breakfast definitely wasn’t worth $12 a person. We could’ve gone for close to $50 and had breakfast at IHOP and ate some thing I actually wanted .

Needs updated plumbing
Toilets wouldn’t flush, cold water in the shower, hot tub was broken and the pool was so cold a polar bear couldn’t have swam In it.
