Great lodging in ideal location
We loved this location in the historic district and its proximity to restaurants within easy walking distance. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our weekend stay.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely district
I was surprised at how beautiful the neighborhood was. I didn't know what I was expecting, but this place was amazing, from the very moment I pulled up to the curb. The apartment is well-appointed and beautiful, with just enough space for a couple to be comfortable. Within walking distance is a fantastic restaurant called the Wheat Penny. I highly recommend it.

great location
Really nice location and very cute spot. The only thing that was not really mentioned in the description is that this is really more of a studio apartment. While it does have walls for different rooms, none of the rooms (except for the bathroom) close off from one another because the bedroom doesn't have a door and is also open to the living room. So that was a surprise. We still enjoyed our stay but would have like to know this beforehand.

Just to be clear, this is a 3-room apartment. There is no door opening between the bedroom and the living room, there is an opening well above sight level, accommodating the historical woodwork.

Nice quiet space.
Stayed overnight on a trip back East. Very nice quiet neighborhood. The space was well appointed and met all our needs. Highly recommended.

Nice little apartment in the heart of Dayton.
Very clean and comfortable apartment. My son and I were visiting for a conference in Troy. This apartment was convenient and a great value. We were not able to find any bedding for the futon and it was very light in the room at night, but overall a good stay.

We weren’t aware they needed extra bedding. We could’ve easily supplied some mad at any time if they had asked.

Wow wow wow! This property was amazing! Beautiful plants and cozy amenities! We love the convenience to walk to festivals, restaurants and local bars. We will be back again for many occasions to get away!

From reservation to check out, everything went smooth with this rental. The place was super clean and inviting, located within walking distance of a lot of fun extra things to do on our trip. Definitely plan to rebook this same place should we return to dayton in the future.

Excellent stay!
Property was clean and very nice.. neighborhood was great and quiet. Check in and check out and parking were all super easy! Host was great to work with and we had no problems! Would recommend and would definitely stay again!

Perfect Location
This property was very nice. Everything was updated and fresh. The location was perfect, close to so many neat stores and restaurants. Dayton is a upcoming location and the house is close to the heart of it all.

Great Location
Great location, easy street parking, easy check in and check out. Just needs a couple things to take it over the top like a shower curtain liner and knobs on the stove.

We apologize for the missing range knobs. We had a long-term tenant and the cleaners were doing a deep cleaning and forgot to put them back on. The shower curtain has a higher quality curtain which does not require a liner. As long as the curtain is completely closed, no water will go through it.

This place is perfect! Literarily blocks away from the best Dayton has to offer. All the amenities you could want and use to make your stay hassle free. Highly recommended.
