Muy mala atención en recepción , pagamos una habitación con vista al mar y nos dieron una en el primer piso y con vista al estacionamiento no tenía ni balcón , pedí que me dieran una por lo que había pagado y la respuesta fue que eso era lo que había , y la habitación estaba llena de puros animalitos en el techo , muy malo no volvería que pena

It's Sucks Pay a lot of money for Parking Lot View
Was so Disappointing.. To be honest is a Great Hotel, great room, great infraestructure, great Staff, great Pool, great food, great location at front beach, but PLEASE LISTEN UP!!! nothing is perfect, I paid a lot of money for an executive Room Front Beach View and they gave me a MAGNIFIC PARKING LOT VIEW on First Floor, I was able to watch every single license plate from my window, plus I was able to wake up every 5 minutes at midnight for each car arriving o leaving the parking lot, I felt like a camping tent in middle the parking lot, without chance to change the room they always said sorry we're full. So, if you offer me than room on 1st floor for less money that's ok but I paid a lot of money for a Great View! So, you can't get the same price for room on 1st Floor and offer it like a Front Ocean View

I think the property should be torn down and start over. The furnace and air conditioner does not work well. I think the property been through to many hurricanes and inside it’s dark . It was to much money for the condition it was in will not go back.

The clump of bleached hair in the bathroom shows me that it was not properly cleaned, room won’t go above 62 degrees because the ac is broken so it’s either have my 4 year old freeze or sweat disgusting that I paid a third of my monthly housing expense for one night in in this hell hole where the pool door is my 10ft from our sleeping room so it slams when anyone goes in and out at until 11 pm. Do better and give me a refund.
