La estadía fue excelente, solo cuando fuimos al desayuno, una joven que atiende cómo mesera, obtuvimos una mala experiencia fue racista y poco cordial, porque estaba sola y mucha gente. La joven mesera que me tildo de hispano y me trató con despotismo. Llegamos antes de las 11.00 am que era el desayuno y a las 11.00 no podíamos tomar café ni jugos. Yo le expliqué que nosotros llegamos a las 10.20 am y nos sirvieron casi a las 11.00 am y nos dijo cuando nos sirvió que ya estaba todo cerrado. Un momento muy malo Por parte de la empleada. The stay was excellent, only when we went to breakfast, a young woman who served as a waitress, we had a bad experience, was racist and unfriendly, because she was alone and there were many people. The young waitress who called me Hispanic and treated me with despotism. We arrived before 11:00 am when it was breakfast and at 11:00 we couldn't have coffee or juices. I explained to her that we arrived at 10:20 am and they served us almost at 11:00 am and she told us when she served us that everything was already closed. A very bad moment On the part of the employee.

La piscina grande y climatizada. Buena animación del dj en el bar junto a la piscina. Tiene cerca oulets y restaurantes. No hubo nada que no me gustara.

Sin desayuno aunque lo pagues
El hotel es lindo pero cuidado si reservan y pagan habitacion con desayuno ya que no te lo dan. Hemos viajado mucho y con niños y en todos los casos te lo dan para llevar, aunque sea un cafe y un muffin. Aqui nada y no hicieron nada para solucionarlo. Dicho lo cual, pague un servicio que no brindaron y el COVID19 no es excusa porque tenian restaurant y dejarle “una nota al manager” no resuelve nada.

In general it’s not the place you want to be, besides the beach (witch don’t belong to the hotel) I would not repeat the experience. It not necessary dirty, but there’s that feeling in the air that is dirty place. I never found towels for the pool, and when I ask for them they make me Wait for 10 minutes, i hace to ask again.

Excellent newly renovated rooms. Bathrooms are a little tight but thats the only draw back. Large pool and bar facilities are a huge boon. Room balconies facing the beach are breathtaking. Minor construction still happening due to the hurricane damage but other than that utter perfection.

This hotel took a beating from a hurricane in 2022, but they have really built it back up nicely. There’s still some work to do, but overall they have done a nice job. The private beach entrance is awesome. They had a dj poolside on Saturday, which was super cool. The tiki bar outside is very cool, and every member of the staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel has been remodeled and information was provided prior to the stay around the limitations of the hotel overall. When I arrived most of the items from the email seemed in working order and the room was clean and nice. The balconies are situated on an angle so my ocean view was only a partial ocean view. The air conditioning in the room worked well to keep the air temp comfortable but there was so much humidity in the room that everything felt wet; including the bedding and the floors both carpeted and tiled. There was a portable dehumidifier in the room as well but it did not appear to be beneficial from what I could tell. Also, there were two spiders in my room. One was pretty big and thankfully scurried out on to the patio when I opened the door. Beyond that I did not take advantage of the pool area or on site restaurant. I mainly only slept in my room and was not on the property any other time during my stay.

They wanted to charge me $50 dollars for getting there an hour early and the room was ready. If the room so already ready and it's not an inconvenience to the staff and i already paid for the day why not let us check in.

I did not say the property.I cannot Check-in until 5 PM I just came from a 13 hour flight.I had a room that I had to push the door open like I was swat team and I cut my toe very deep from the door on top of that. They put me right in the middle of the pool, where all the people were without music that did not shut off until 10 PM I had left the room within 30 minubecause I was so aggravated. They could not give me a no room because they told me that they were sold out. Please someone get back with me for a credit. I did not stay there that night. And I've been trying to get ahold of somebody but it. Having a hard time in my phone was dead.

Overall the room as in good shape and I had a good stay. Only issue is the doors between adjoining rooms have no seal and I could hear everything going on in the next room. Plus the AC in the room is extremely loud
