Me gusto la vista y la tranquilidad,pero el personal de la recepción a la hora de hacer la entrada del hotel pésimo . Además la primera noche notifique una situación con la habitación y no fue hasta el penúltimo día de estancia que lo resolvieron

Estancia en el hotel.
Podría de ir que bien. Lo único que no me gusto mucho fue que las máquinas para lavar la ropa son por monedas y solo hay dos en dos pisos diferentes. Y las toallas para la piscina están muy muy dadas y controladas además. No te dejan subir a la habitación con las toallas y debes hacerlo mojado . En general la estancia fue buena.

Gran Hotel peroooo....
Mi segunda vez, gran hotel siempre bien predispuesto el personal. Lo unico para criticar es que no tengan personal almenos bilingue. Marriott tiene que entender que en el front desk no alcanza con el ingles, el personal que recibe al guesped almenos deberis ser bilingue, usa no es el centro del mundo, y la florida recibe tiristas de multiples destinos. Contraten gente que hable mas de 1 idioma.!!’ El que sea no tiene que ser español

The room was missing soap, lucky we brought our own, pool towels old like a rag. I asked for milk for a cup of coffee they claim they had none. I don’t use heavy cream. Fire alarm went off at 3 am no direction was given how to get to rooms using the stairs, elevators packed with people and no one knew what was going on. Next day at 8 am still hotel having issues with fire alarms I got no sleep. The hotel is old and needs to be renovated

Faulty Fire alarm system that went off the weekend prior to our stay. Wednesday morning at 3 am.it went off also. According to front desk lady. Other than that everything was fine.

I woke up every morning to the perfect views of the ocean from my one bedroom, 2 queen/sofa bedroom on the 7th floor southside. It was quiet, peaceful, and serene. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. If you're planning a trip to Daytona Beach, I highly recommend this property for a memorable and rejuvenating experience.

Our room was great, the hotel and its amenities were great - awesome view. The location wasn’t really very walkable which wasn’t a major issue for anyone except the teenagers. Staff was great. Very clean. Would definitely stay again.

Nice stay at this hotel. Pool and hot tub were fantastic as well as well as the breakfast. Did not like paying $15.00 per day for parking after already paying for our room. At least build it into the room cost.

Could hear when the above u it flushed the toilet or took a shower in the bathroom and kitchen area. The floor around the shower had, what looked like, previous water damage. Carpet on floor 5, specifically, in front of rooms, had what appeared to be large bleach stains. Water feature by pool wasn’t operating. Restaurant was almost non existent.

Hotel was exactly as pictured on line. Our suite was clean, up to date, and spacious, with a full kitchen. Pool and hot tub were a really good size and always clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only downside was that they charge a fee for parking. But, all in all, a really nice place.

Stayed at a very busy weekend during Bike Week. Check in was seamless, propertly was spotless and Marriott standards were maintained. Only sorry I booked through Expedia and missed the opportunity to gain some points however our experience was flawless.
