Zonas comunes y habitación muy bien mantenidas, agradables y funcionales. Habiatación amplia, limpia y confortable. El hotel cuenta con muchos servicios para hacer la estancia agradable al cliente. No me gustó que el desayuno fuera tan escaso y que se acabaran las bolsas mucho antes de la hora límite.

I never thought I would have to pay for parking in the Black hills of South Dakota, but the Tru Does charge for parking. It’s above a very quiet casino and my view From the fourth floor was a 40 foot concrete retaining wall. And I think they cater to farmers and ranchers because the breakfast ended at 9 AM…

A great property with everything one would need on site. Easy walk to historic district. Good base to explore the Black Hills, Rushmore, Wind Cave and Badlands. Deawood is a cool village!

There was little spatters of something on the headboard . It may have been spray cleaner that didnt get wiped off. Lots of QR codes for instructions. You kind of need a smartphone to stay there

We've stayed here many times. Tru is a sleek, modern hotel that is a floor above Cadillac Jack's casino. There are a variety of restaurants on the main floor too. Also, when you stay at Tru, you have access to another motel's infinity pool that looks out to the hills. There is a charge for parking - $15 a night but at least it is underground, if desired.

Since it doesn't tell you anywhere in the app, this is a CASINO property. You will need to go to the 2nd floor to access TRU. Great experience here. I LOVE my Hilton stays!

Great place for a get away.
Tru ar Cadillac Jacks is a great no-frills hotel. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were not the best for me. Other than that, no complaints. The hotel is a great location and the trolley is easily accessible to ride to downtown.

Would not stay there again
1. **Parking**: I was charged $15 for parking, yet found it challenging to locate a spot, having to drive around for approximately 20 minutes. It seems more efficient and guest-friendly to have designated parking areas specifically for hotel guests. 2. Underground Parking Navigation**: The underground parking structure can be confusing, particularly where it leads to a dead-end without a turnaround point. I would suggest installing clear signage indicating these dead-ends to enhance the ease of navigation and prevent inconvenience. 3. **Room Ambiance**: The room's lack of carpeting imparted a somewhat sterile atmosphere. Additionally, the accent wall was quite bright, contributing to an overwhelming sense of brightness in the room. A softer, more muted color scheme might enhance comfort and relaxation. 4. **Window Accessibility**: Unlike some other hotels (e.g., MGM Grand in Las Vegas), the windows in the room were sealed, which I found contributed to a feeling of claustrophobia and affected the air quality. Allowing the windows to open slightly could significantly improve the room's ambiance. 5. **Maintenance and Cleanliness**: I noticed several marks and stains on the walls, and a lampshade near the TV had visible yellowing stains. These issues detract from the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the room.
