I walked into my room and the floor was covered with dead bugs. There was a roach in the restroom and a dead cricket by the fridge. When I showered the next morning, there was a live cricket on the shower curtain. The shower was very low. I know I'm not that tall at 5'4 but I had to squat down to shower. Definitely will not be staying there again.

We called out pest control services to evaluate and remove all the pest activity in and out of room ! We figured it came from gap under the door bcoz of lose gaskets! We took care that with help of maintenance man

Hotel room smelled of over used cleaning chemicals, had to spray air freshener and run air conditioning to vent out the smell. Dirty walls, dirty floors. Lots of small roaches.

I couldn't even shower because there were insects crawling in the floor. When i got in bed, i seen them behind the bed and nightstand as well. I heard every step from the room above me. There was a very strange odor in the room. I know i didn't deserve a room at the Hilton, but i did expect it to be clean. I was just there to sleep, but i left before 4am since i couldn't do that. Very disappointed.

The staff was atrocious, there were druggies all over the parking lot coming and going all night. I was scared to get out of my car at times.

Literally as soon as I walked in my room there was a huge bag of Doritos on the table and a dirty wash cloth in the middle of the floor… I ignored as to not cause a scene.. i got literally no cell service inside my room and phone wouldn’t connect to wifi. Had to walk halfway to the office to able to connect to wifi. On top of all that I didn’t get any housekeeping all weekend..

I requested a refund. The toilet worked off and on after midnight, lumpy mattress and used bar soap in the shower. No telling if the room was properly cleaned.

Rooms were very dirty at Motel 6. Rooms had hair all on the sheets and toilet seat eas coming off the toilet. Walked in on someone having sex cause that room was already taken. Very unprofessional staff.
