Pick some place else to stay
Parking was confusing. Two parking garages next to each, picked the wrong one first, had to pay $13 for 8 minutes of parking. Needed a have keycard to enter building, thank goodness someone was coming out of the building when we got there so we could get in. No one manning the front desk and when they returned were confused about our reservation. I had to call the person I set the reservation up with so they could tell the front desk person what was going on. Finally got that situated and went to the room only to find out the heat wasn't working. Building maintenance had to be called to get that situated. Sliding glass doors to balcony didn't close/lock so that didn't help the no heat situation. Bathroom sink faucet not secured properly. Couldn't adjust bathtub shower head due to the way it was installed.

Great location. Property manager ???
This is not a hotel. It is a 42 floor condominium and there are a number of apartments used as rentals. The location is great, walking distance to convention center and shopping and restaurants in heart of downtown corridor. The apartment itself was ok. Clean but dated. My issue was with the apparent property manager Larry. I reported to him shortly after we arrived that the TV was not working. He said he would send someone to check it out. We went out for a few hours and upon returning discovered it was still not working. I called him again and got a beligerent response. He said it was a big building, there were other problems being addressed and that someone would get there eventually I tried to pin down a time as it seemed to me that 3 or 4 hours was unreasonable, and his reply was that if I didn't like it, he would refund my money and we could go find another hotel. He made an entirely inappropriate comment about me being from the east coast ( I was born in Denver) and would not let me get a word in edgewise and hung up on me. I noticed in another review that he had hung up on them as well, so this is not an isolated response. I decided that this was not worth a war and fortunately shortly after the call someone very nice showed up and fixed the problem. ( It was just coincidental-he was unaware of the phone call). So, my comment is, apartment is a good overall deal but if this guy was my property manager to quote Trump, you're fired!!

フルキッチン、リビング付ですが、周りのホテルより安く、長期滞在に便利です。 「ホテル」ではなく「アパートメント」なので、その点だけ注意が必要です。ハウスキーピングはなく、ゴミは各フロアのエレベーター近くにあるゴミ入れに。チェックイン数日前にメールでチェックイン方法と部屋番号の案内があるはずですが、早めに問い合わせておいた方が間違いないでしょう。

Feel like you live right downtown in Denver.
Between walking in the safe downtown area and great public transportation, we went all over. The theatre complex was a block away with opera, comedy club, Broadway shows, and more. Hair and nail salons in the first floor. III Forks is a fantastic restaurant in the building. Right across from famous Sam's-eat there during the week not when the line is out the door on weekends. People are friendly and open in Denver. Having the apartment made us feel like we lived there. Full kitchen. Comfortable king sized bed. Comfortable leather sofa and chair in living room. Walk to my meeting in the Convention Center was easy.

Wonderful place to stay downtown
Our rooms were the most extravagant "hotel" accommodation we've ever had. It was an elegant one bedroom apartment. We got upgraded at the last minute, so don't know what room we were supposed to have. Contacting the manager was not easy, but worked fine. He was on top of things. Parking was $20/day, while expensive was very fair for the area.

It was OK, small bathroom, screen doors kept coming off the tracks when opening and closing to go out onto the balcony, A/C did not keep the place as cool as expected.

Perfect space for a family trip!
Great place to stay and only one block from 16th St Mall. Gorgeous mountain views from the balcony. Kids loved that there was a 7-11 downstairs! Place was clean, spacious, and nicely equipped. The full kitchen is a plus for anyone who likes to cook. Supermarket was a short 15 min. walk. Highly recommended!

Thank you Michelle. Yes our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom Apartments are very very spacious. We are the Only Apartments available in downtown Denver. The best value for families and business travelers versus renting 2 small hotel rooms. For example, 3 blocks from us the largest Embassy Suites room is 400 sq. ft. 2 beds 1 bathroom, no kitchen, no balcony. Our 2bedroom 2bathroom Apartments are 1,300 sq. ft. including balcony with balcony chairs&table. 2 separate bedrooms 2 separate bathrooms. Full kitchen with full size appliances&cookware. Island kitchen chairs and/or Dining Table. Tons of closet space for luggage and clothing.

Draft from windows a d doors - they tried ti fix it, but didn't help much. Balcony door difficult to open. Heating not working properly - the did some ajustment which helped. The apartment needs new balcony doors.

Great apartment for a family, great bargain!
Wonderful apartment within walking distance of all downtown Denver has to offer. Convention center is very close, 16th Street and all its ships, restaurants, bars, the tram, buggies, etc all just a block away. Very nice apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Great for a family. While not a true Hotel, it was, in many ways, better! A home away from home!

Location, location, location.
Great location downtown within walking distance to the 16 the street mall and convention center. The views from the balcony were outstanding. The room was an apartment so no room service or daily housekeeping but there was a full kitchen and dining area. Very comfortable!

It's an apartment in a resentful building.
Check-in was a nightmare. The soulless creature at the desk would not answer any questions, and first led us to believe we weren't even in the right place. Would only repeat, when we returned, that if we had a room number, he would give us a key. We didn't have a room number to give him. Finally, after calls to Expedia (because the two numbers listed for the renting agent were both fax numbers) we had a man come downstairs and let us in. He stated he had texted the room number to me, but my phone was on the fritz. He didn't try calling or e-mailing. He has an uneasy relationship with the owners of the building, and we assume the creature at the front desk had been told to offer no help. Negatives first. The bed was so hard I couldn't sleep on it, and rest is imperative to me because I have MS. I tried sleeping on the couch, which was somewhat better, and the third night the recliner, but finally used two random couch cushions and made a 'nest' on the bed. It was horrible. My husband woke up stiff every morning and he likes a firm mattress. There is no towel service, so we had to wash the two towels provided in the coin laundry in the building. We had to buy our own toilet paper when we ran out. Got the TV working on the third night by doing a reboot squatting in front of the TV, and fixed the messed up remote the next day. Never got the Wi-Fi to work. I had requested no scents due to allergies, but something had been put on the carpet and it took several days to air it out.

2+ years our reviews are 4 of 5 & 5 of 5, from guests says it all. Our Apartments are 2.5-3.5 times larger than a Embassy Suites room 2 blocks away.Plus, full kitchen, balcony&chairs. This person's check-in issue is her phone not working as she said. We tried contacting her for 2 days prior.

I stayed there for a week. The room was really clean and staffs friendly (let me call to book the return transfer to the airport, kept my suitcase for the day when I was checking out).

It was our first time visiting Denver. We booked this hotel 2 months in advance and prepaid it. It says to call ahead for check in information, so I called and they told me they would e-mail it to me. The day before our travel, I called again to tell them I haven't received anything yet, so they told me they will send it. We arrived at the hotel at 9.30 p.m., went to the hotel and the clerk at the reception told us they have nothing for us on file. I called the number again and it went directly to voice mail. I left several message to tell him that we were at the hotel, but heard nothing. At 10 o' clock I received an e-mail to tell me that they can not honor our reservation. Imagine having to look for a hotel at 10 o clock at night at a city you've never been to. They didn't even have the decency to call me and tell me this. So, I will definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Home from home
Great apartment (1 bed, 1 sofa bed) just 2 blocks from convention centre or 16th street shopping mall. I walked everywhere - many tourist spots within 10 mins. Everything you need in spacious apartment, even a dishwasher + tablets & an iron + ironing board! Very impressed & would stay again if returning to Denver. Thank you.

Denver vacation
The apartment was super clean and very nice! It had a great view and was right in the middle of down town. Literally across the street from Sam's #3 restaurant, which was on tv. Elevators were super fast and there's a 711 connected to the apartment which makes it nice to go grab a drink or a snack at any time. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I come to denver. It's like home away from home, you'll never feel home sick there.

Great location Great view Great suite.
Great super clean suite with a fantasic view of the Rockie mountains.The building is centrally located and Gus #3 diner is directly accross the street.Tastefully decorated with free wifi and Directv.I loved the apartment and the only regret or complaint I had was I could not stay longer. The suite manager was awesome as well.He was on top of everything.Highly recommended.

ホテルのサービスを求めない人であれば（ベッドメイク、部屋の清掃、コンシェルジュ等）、とても最高！ 建物の前にホテル名の表示は無し。建物名は「Brooks Tower」。 入口は電子ロックされているため、到着日はフロントに電話にて開錠を依頼。 フロントですぐに鍵を渡され、指定された部屋は20C（Suite, 2 Bedrooms, Balcony）。 バスタオル等のリネン類はバスルームに用意されており、ドライヤー有。 消耗品はシャンプーとボディーソープ、ハンドソープ、トイレットペーパーは2ロールと使用途中の半ロール。 台所の消耗品は食洗器用の洗剤と手洗い用の洗剤、コーヒーはないが砂糖とコーヒーメーカーのフィルターは有。 ケーブルTVが引かれていたが、フロントに聞いても使用方法が良くわからず、部屋にあった多数のDVDを視聴。 コンシェルジュはいないが観光等、何か予約を取りたい場合でも、wifiが繋がるため何ら支障はない。 トイレットペーパー等、消耗品が無くなってもアパート内からセブンイレブンへ買い物に行けるため、何ら不都合はない。 ルームクリーニングのチップ代を考えると、消耗品を購入（トイレットペーパーも１個売り有）したほうがお安いのでお得感有。 ゆっくりと過ごす日には徒歩圏内にＫＩＮＧスーパーもあり、部屋で肉を焼いたり、充実した食生活が可能。 ベッドも寝やすく、遊び疲れた日には（翌日の掃除が面倒だが）ジェットバスで体を癒し、快適な眠りを得た。 3階のランドリールームも清潔で、洗濯機・乾燥機が多数設置されていて、待たずに使用できた。 もちろん、１回分の洗剤も3階の販売機で購入可能。 部屋のバルコニーでは喫煙可能とのことで、とても快適なデンバーライフを送ることができた！

Loved it
Loved the room, the view and Larry was very accomodating! We would stay there again in a heartbeat! The location was great. We spent one day in the animal sanctuary which was less than 45 miles away and another day in Estes National Park which was also very close!

close but problems
Overall it was an okay experience at this hotel/apartment. The best thing about this stay was the close proximity to all downtown Denver sites. Unfortunately there were many problems. The check in process took too long, as this was an apartment that was renting its unit. There is only a security desk to help you, so we had to call the owner, leave a message, wait in lobby with luggage until a return call, and get keys without an access card. This process took over 30 minutes. And since we had no access card, we had to buzz in to get inside the building and sometimes explain why I was there. The unit only had one roll of toilet paper for 4 days, and when owner was told of this, he said to go to the 7-11 store to get some. And finally the bed had an air pump to adjust each side of the bed's firmness. Unfortunately, the pump was not working on one side which made it feel like sleeping in an uncomfortable hole. The owner was told about this, and he was already aware of this problem, but still rented the room to us without repairing the problem. There was no compensation given for any of this. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!

You need to contact Larry before you check-in or the front desk won't know what you are talking about. I'm not quite sure how I was supposed to know that. The location, water pressure, and the quietness of the unit were great. The apartment wasn't what we were promised and it was very dirty.

room 24G is spacious, clean. default internet wifi use another appartment router, so wifi network signal is bad. Bring an ethernet cable to configure the router by yourself! downsides: noisy HVAC, carpet

In general, things were great. The room was definitely comfortable and the apartments were in a great location. Unfortunately, our room was locared on a smoking floor. Eventhough nobody seems to have smoked recently in the room itself,smoke most certainly came through the ventilation, and at times could be unbearable. We spent most of ourtime there with the balcony door open. Everything else was satisfactory. If you have trouble with cigarette smoke at all, I would not recommend this place?

Great location!
The apartment was nice in that it was walking distance to everything....Coors Field, Pepsi Center, 16th Street Mall, Art Museum, Civic Park, etc..... Even thought you had to pay for parking, it was nice to always have a place to park, and we really didn't use the car much. Like I said, you are so close to so many fun things to do.

Excellent Value for 3-4 people. Wifi was excellent
The suite was clean quiet and well furnished, The electrical equipment was good. The switch on the bedside lamp did not work so I had to yank the cord out of the socket if I did not want to get out of bed to switch it off - not a big problem.

Perfect location to downtown. Nice building - parking is $20/night. Important to contact Larry before your arrival. You won't have problems if you do this. Front desk knows Larry. I found the rooms to be very adequate.

Nice place for B. trip, HUGE problem with parking
Make sure they include the parking with the price, and if they don´t make sure you have an assured parking space. Everything else is just fine for a business trip. Kitchen and overall apartment well supplied.

Great location, close to everything.
You get what you pay for, a nice two bedroom apartment with a balcony view in central Denver. Property was close to the outdoor mall with numerous restaurants and bars and within walking distance to Coors Field. Property manager was helpful and addressed any problems we had.

Better than nothing...
I had a room booked for a conference, but needed to extend my stay and they had no rooms. So I canceled the hotel and the only place close to the convention center was this place. The apartment was in need of a refurbishment. It had shag carpet - seriously. The bed was comfortable and no bed bugs as others complained about. Never did figure out how to work the shower, it was always too hot. If location matters then this is your place. only a couple blocks from convention center. Sounds like we lucked out for the most part.

Right downtown
After a bit of a rough start, didn't quite know how to check in, we made it to the room. The room had not been cleaned. After vacating the premises for two hours, we went back to a very nice, clean room. The view and location could not be beat. The room/condo is starting to show it's age, but is still nice. There isn't really a "hotel staff", as this isn't a hotel. The young men at the entry desk were pleasant and, more or less, helpful. The first thing they do is tell you they have nothing to do with your rental unit, they make this very clear. If you have any problems at all, you have to call the owner and wait for his return call. Calls go to voice mail, but are returned fairly quickly. Parking is not included, but available. We were told 15.00 a night, but were charged 10.00. No in and out privileges, if you pay 10.00 and leave after even a hour or two, you will be charged an additional 10.00. Parking attendants are nice enough. They were helpful and attentive, but we tip well, so take that into consideration. It was fairly quiet, but you are downtown and sirens and street parties do go on during the weekends, making closing balcony doors a necessity to make it quiet enough to sleep.

L'appartement 34J est spacieux et meublé avec goût. La propreté était tout à fait correcte sauf la vaisselle, les ustensiles de cuisine et certains meubles de cuisine. Le bruit des installations de climatisation des immeubles en contre-bas finit par être fatigant car l'isolation phonique des fenêtre est peu performante.

Bad Service and Room Too Cold
It was hard to get a hold of the rental manager. I finally contacted him and gave him my e-mail address so he could send me the required paperwork. I did not receive the e-mail until the morning of my check in date. I was then contacted by him by phone. I asked about the check in time to see if I could check in at 1:30 instead of 3 PM. He responded "Are you kidding me? Standard check in is at 4 PM so I am doing you a favor by letting you check in at 3 PM." He then stated "You wait to get a text from me, then you can check in." When entering the penthouse on the 41st floor it was very hot. I felt the air coming out of the wall vent and it was hot. I contacted the front desk for help and after coming up he could not figure out the thermostat either. It seemed to be disconnected from the actual unit. I tried calling the rental manager for help but he was not answering his phone and his mailbox was full so I could not leave a message. I tired calling him 6 to 7 times without an answer. The front desk was able to contact him and he advised them to put the slider on the thermostat in the middle. Which did nothing. The front desk contacted maintenance and they came up and took the heat off and turned the A/C on. However the A/C was not adjustable beause the thermostat was broken so the condo was freezing the rest of time I was there. The building has a letter dated from 2011 that I was given that states they have no association with the rental manager specifically in any capacity.
