Do yourself a favor, stay elsewhere! They do not have standards. The rooms are in awful condition, it feels unsafe (police came to visit other guests during the night). It feels like a ghetto. Your girlfriend would never stay here and will not forgive you for staying here. Do not be misled by their fantastic location which is very convenient near the harbor.

El Hotel es muy costoso para lo deteriorado y el mal servicio que tienen, El tapete de entrada a la Habitacion está negro del mugre, los baños mal lavados, toco ir a pedir toallas y papel higiénico, no hicieron aseo a la habitación. No lo recomiendo, yo lo tome por que fue a última hora que planeamos el viaje y no volvería allí.

Desafortunamente me toco un cuarto con un baño con problemas de flochar y el lavamanos tapado.mi peor experiencia que en la lavanderia con un horrible olor amarihuana soy asmatica.mi estancia no fue muy placentera.

Llegamos a las 2 am y tuvimos que esperar hasta las 3 am para poder hacer el check in , de lo demás estuvo buena nuestra estadía

La primera noche me dieron una habitacion para fumadores la cual no estaba limpia y con muy mal olor pero la segunda noche la managger me la cambio a una excelente habitacion y fue superior mi descanzo

Sabanas sucias.
Mal, sabanas sucias, tuvimos que cambiarlas nosotros mismos. No wifi, piscina bajo mantenimiento, no manager en ese momento.El suelo super sucio y algo pegajoso. La manager al día siguiente, me dejo un buen rato desde que entre sin hablarme porque estaba hablando con una empleada... Y cuando al fin me atendio, por lo menos no fue grosera, tuvo buena disposición dentro de lo que cabe...que es solo una empleada mas que hace su trabajo. Lo único bueno, la ubicación.
