“Large well maintained grounds. Reception Staff was very attentive. Joseph was especially kind and helpful. Room was small but offered great views Ann was comfortable for two. Lee, dining room host was wonderful. Shuttle service was a bonus to get to and from various locations. Victor from Heritage booked several activities and cabs for us. He was always available to assist. On-site dining was excellent with breakfast buffet included with our booking level. Highly recommend this place. ”

“I really love this property and I love the garden. I hope one day they will put some Shona statues in the garden that was just top it off. However, if you book a standard room, expect to find met minor issues with it. If you book there, more expensive rooms, you’re likely not to find these minor issues. I ordered several dinner meals at an extra charge of $15 from the staff. I found a level of experience with cooking varied greatly that could be because I eat primarily a plant-based diet. I...

“Very nice lodge in Victoria Falls. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly, the rooms were nice, with a big bathroom, and the gardens and general ambience were lovely. The only thing we could possibly criticise slightly are the restaurant, which doesn't offer a lot of choice - but that probably reflects the limitations of a relatively small lodge versus a big hotel.”

“We had wonderful stay at the Bayete. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Great hot shower and water pressure. The property has a lovely garden and pool area and the WiFi connection was fast and always available. The staff was exceptional making sure everything was right and offering suggestions on activities and making reservations to our make our stay hassle free. Would stay here again and recommend. ”

“Overall a lovely property with nice service people. The front desk and the ease of information could certainly be improved. The game drive was slated for 10 people max, and we were brought to the truck already full and asked to pile in. 14 people in the truck, this was my least favorite activity as although we saw some animals you can see much more in other places. I was charged by Expedia for an extra person. The activities needed to be paid separately ($25 per adult and half for children)....
