Excelente hospedagem em Dubai
Ótimo hotel e muito bem localizado próximo a estação de metrô, quarto grande e bem limpo, a poucas estações de Burj Kalifa um dos principais pontos turísticos de Dubai.

The Hotel is good in terms of the relation between price and quality. What I was not happy with is that the personnel at the reception were not too friendly or helping. When I started to ask about the type of plug, they immediately responded they did not have adapter for guest, but I could buy one in a supermarket nearby... So, I had to (10 US$ for a cheap plastic one). There were no plugs near the night tables, which makes those users of CPAP machines or any other gadget you need to plug quite difficult. I would not stay again in this hotel

Relación calidad precio
Relación calidad precio. Está ubicado lejos de todo, está en la zona donde los hoteles baratos pero si tienes coche súper fácil, hay buses del hotel que te llevan a muchos sitios pero horarios limitados. La habitación limpia y grande y servicio muy bueno. Es un hotel que hay muchísima gente, el desayuno y la piscina malsificado.

Amargura por la intransigencia de Atana Hotel
llegamos y una persona de la recepción que nos atendio no fue lo mas cordial muy hosca,asi mismo nos exigieron pagar de inmediato por lo menos el valor de dos noches teniendo como respaldo una tarjeta de crédito ,así mismo tengan cuidado porque el hotel me cobro de manera no muy honesta una noche de mas por no presentarme tengan mucho cuidado al momento de hacer las reservaciones y no comparto la política del manejo de servicio al cliente ya que llame previamente al hotel para confirmar la reservacion y omitieron que tenia dos lo cual me toco pagar un costo extra de una noche eso no es el adecuado trato para un huésped, ya que no creo que el hotel indemnice a un huésped por un error que cometa un empleado suyo ya que la respuesta que darán sera lo siento . Igualmente el Atana hotel manifestó que la decision estaba en manos del operador es decir Hoteles.com y hoteles.com manifesto que estaba en manos del Atana Hotel resolver el inconveniente presentado ,eso me amargo mi descanso vacacional

Repetiría sin dudarlo
Recomendable. Asimilable a un 4 estrellas español. Muy buena opción si se tiene coche de alquiler (como era nuestro caso) dado que disponen de parking gratuito. También ofrecen distintos transfers gratuitos a diferentes zonas y centros comerciales de la ciudad. Amplio salón para los desayunos y buffet bastante aceptable. Repetiría sin duda.

No lo recomiendo
El hotel no es malo pero tiene un inconveniente grave y poco frecuente : el agua de la ducha sale muy caliente y no se puede regular aún girando la palanca a sólo fría, pedí el cambio de cuarto o solución del problema, tuvimos que volver a empacar todo por si se cambiaba a otro cuarto, cuando regresamos a la noche nos dijeron que ya estaba solucionado, nos mintieron, el agua de la ducha seguía saliendo insoportablemente caliente, pedí hablar con la gerente del hotel y me dijo que era un problema de diseño y "estaba tratando de arreglarlo la gente de mantenimiento" nunca se arregló, y sentir que te están tomando por tonto no es agradable.

We had an excellent stay at the Atana. The entire staff were extremely nice and accommodating. Assisting in helping us with places to go and transportation. We stayed here a week and was so convenient to get around either by taxi or the train 2 blocks away.

First thing was a horrible breakfast and dinner. We had a half board and waiting so much breakfast and dinner. There were so many people, quality of the food was poor and too less staff. C'est pour nous le meilleurs rapport qualité prix. Nous ne restons pas la journée a l'hôtel car nous bougeons bcp. Il manque une activité bar/ chicha
