El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, tiene. Restaurantes, tiendas de conveniencia a un paso y la estación de tren a un lado. A una estación esta el Dubai Mall, y con vista al burj Khalifa. Totalmente recomendado.

Great breakfast buffet: pastries, salmon and fruits with multilingual staff. Counter very helpful with taxis, luggage and printing boarding passes. Very comfortable suit. 400 meters of financial district Metro and close to Nando's if you want a Portuguese chicken experience.

It is the third time in the hotel; the place is nice, well located, complete services though from my point of view it got old and should seriously consider a in-depth renovation. Lifts are a long time waiting pain.

Teníamos reservación por 5 noches y nos tuvimos que salir a la tercera por la cuestión del coronavirus. Los aeropuertos estaban cerrando para poder regresar a MEXICO. Solicitamos el reembolso de las 2 noches faltantes por cuestión de fuerza mayor y nos piedieron que lo viéramos directo con hoteles.com pero ustedes no contestan en ningún lado y todavía tengo 6 reservaciones más en Italia , Israel, españa y Marruecos. El hotel en general está muy bien, el servicio es muy bueno, el RG y la alberca están muy bien. El desayuno le pondría un 8. Es hotel 3 estrellas bastante sencillo. Está cerca del metro pero un poco lejos de todo.

Great hotel in fantastic location
Overall experience is fantastic POSITIVE: I was updated to suite. The room was excellent. Very spacious, with huge bedroom & huge living room, both with balcony door. Designed with good taste. For security reasons, balcony can be opened by request, asking in reception. You have the electric kettle to make your tea anytime you want. Swimming pool in the roof is fantastic. The water is warm, this was the best part, 29°, it was amazing, I would come back because of warm water temperature. I didn't have the problem with finding free pool lounger, but there are not many loungers, hotel rooms are many. Zone also has small swimming pool for very little kids. Big pool is not deep at all & also can be used by kids in any part. The views to Dubai are beautiful. Location is perfect. You are in the city center, very close to metro station & in walking distance to Burj Khalifa. Breakfast was good, but you need to wait before be able to seat. Place is not very big, but rooms are so many. The service is very good. Room was very clean, with all amenities, in the reception they allowed to do late check out. I only didn't like what the day I was sick & put the sign to do not disturb, they called me asking when I want the service. I just needed to sleep, no needed calls. That's what "do not disturb" means. NEGATIVE: The elevators. Hotel is the tower with really so many rooms. But they have just 4 elevators, very slow. There is a real mess in elevator zone. Lines, crowdy, waiting too long

La situación es buena, la admisión muy lenta llegamos no tenían las habitaciones que habíamos contratado y una persona que estaba haciendo el checking nos ofreció una habitación superior pagando un plus nos dio la sensación de que nos quería engañar por su comportamiento, después llegó otro recepcionista y nos lo solucionó pero tardamos mucho con el checking, en una de las habitaciones falto el el gel de ducha durante los tres dias que nos alojamos

Hotel espectacular ! Excelente ubicación , cerca de la estación de metro fináncial Center. Se puede ir a pie a Dubai Mall . Cerca de supermercados. Apartamento con todas las comodidades. Muy agradable. Desayuno muy completo. Tiene un bar muy bueno . Una terraza deliciosa queda en el piso 43 con buena vista a los alrededores de Dubai , ambiente espectacular para tomarse un trago, cenar y oír buena música. El personal muy atento , dispuesto a colaborarte. Coger taxi es económico. Al Burj Khalifa vale máximo 5 € .

I frequently visit to Dubai and stay at a different hotel. This one is by far the best. I had a room with a balcony on the 16th floor overlooking Shaikh Zayed road. The view is amazing. The room is a little small but super clean, comfortable bed and a large bathroom. They have a lounge on the 43rd floor (top floor) where you can see Dubai from all sides. The view at night is breath taking! The location of the hotel is perfect. Shops and restaurants are wiltin walking distance. Dubai mall is 5 minutes away. The staff are very friendly. I am staying at this hotel in my next visit.

Our room service guy “Ramu” did an excellent job keeping our room in great shape. His kindness and excellent service made us want to even stay more! The receptionist in the Lobby “ Ebram” went above and beyond to answer our questions about currency exchange, taxis, and close places to visit! Dhara on M floor has the best smile, we loved seeing her welcoming us for breakfast every morning! We also met Yanis in the lobby and he answered our questions and was super nice! I wish I could remember the names of everyone in the hotel! It was a great stay because everyone is smiling and willing to help genuinely. I would absolutely book the same hotel over over

Hotel in buona posizione vicino alla stazione metro Financial Centre 5 minuti a piedi , e al museo del Futuro 15 minuti a piedi. Bella la vista dal 43 piano dove di può mangiare e bere. Piscina nello stesso piano piccola con servizio di lettini e asciugamani. Buono il servizio di room service ottimo il servizio di pulizia della camera, la mia 1315 sempre impeccabile. Caotica la sala colazione sita adiacente l'entrata dell'hotel é migliorata quando hanno dato accesso al ristorante Purani Dlli al 1 piano dove il personale ha fatto la differenza rispetto alla sala di sotto. Pessimo il servizio concierge, cercano di venderti auto private al posto dei taxi con una tariffa più che raddoppiata, esempio: per arrivare al Burj Khalifa mi hanno chiesto 50 Aed , in Taxi ne ho spesi 19. Questo peggiora se piove, non ti chiamano i taxi pubblici ne hanno ombrelli per i clienti davvero un pessimo servizio . Buono il servizio porterage, meno il servizio reception, check- in lento e poco professionale senza spiegazione dela zona o mappa della città. Da evitare il ristorante indiano Purani Dilli piatti super piccanti anche dove questo ingrediente non viene menzionato e anche quando viene specificato che non si mangia piccante, ti arrivano piatti piccanti. Vicino l'hotel c'è un exchange che ha un buon tasso di cambio.
