El mejor hotel de Dubai
He estado en varias ocasiones en Dubai y en diferentes hoteles , pero Palace Al Qasar es EL Mejor hotel de toda mi vida de viajera !!!! Volvería ahí la próxima vez que vaya a Dubai . Todo , pero TODO es excelente ! Precios de la comida muy altos , pero la calidad de los alimentos lo valen! Además , está a un lado del burj al arab , y un souk ( mercadito) Arabe donde encuentras de todo , hasta restaurantes para salir a cenar y puedes llegar caminando , o en lancha o en carrito de golf y te llevan gratis ,

Precioso hotel... La zona principal de dubai queda como a 15 minutos en taxi Los carritos de golf tardan en pasar por ti hasta 10 minutos y estábamos a 43 grados

Excellent hotel. More like a resort since many hotels are connected by boats and golf carts. We will go back there for sure. Beach service is excellent.

Gorgeous property and it’s huge. Was pretty hot and outdoor dining was a uncomfortably hot.. Would recommend outdoor ACs.

Disappointed by service and poor staff training. I received multiple calls telling me about check out time. They had very limited items for in room breakfast. I raised a concern about an issue, it took them hours to respond.

If you are used to good service and want a top class service from a 5* hotel then this is NOT the place! Absolutely horrible experience and would not go again. Went with family of 12 and staff were rude, unfriendly and not a single smile on anyone’s face. Receptionist rolling her eyes and talking under her breath to colleague, not showing any concern or kindness to family with small children and babies. Security guard treating you like you trespassing and stopping you each time asking for room number and asking to show room cards. If you are EXPEDIA gild member you DO NOT GET ANY BENEFIT FROM THIS HOTEL BEING A VIP! They say we have room availability but we need to sell so no upgrades. Ground and property is beautiful but its a shame about their service. If you want to make your money worth while I suggest you go to Atlantis, you are paying same if not less and getting much better service and amenities. Coming to Jumeirah after Atlantis was a shock to a system, wish we stayed at Atlantis for the whole duration but Jumeirah? never again!

Es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt. Eine tolle Anlage. Sauber und gepflegt. Tolles Housekeeping und Kellner beim Frühstück sehr aufmerksam. (Vielen Dank Yousfa!) Die Lage ist perfekt! Wild Wadi hat den Kindern natürlich super gefallen. Würden jederzeit wiederkommen!!!
