Great business spot
I have already stayed and commented this hotel. Perfect for business, nice irish village next door with plenty of restaurants and bars. For business travellers is perfect as it is newr the airport so very convenient for meetings in general. Great pool area, breakfast improvable but ok, rooms and service correct. The hotel looks a bit outdated but it's overall a good hotel with correct service.

Good business hotel
The location is conveniently close to the airport, so this makes it perfect for business visits. Relatively close to exhibition centre too, 15 minutes. The hotel shows some wear and tear despite the only 10 years of opening. Hotel Services , breakfast and hotel staff service all correct without any special excellency. Breakfast could do with some wider choices and higher quality, but that's a standsrd of business hotels in Dubai offering all approx the same selection of food. Rooms are nicely sized but again showing some outdated features. Pool area is nice and the hotel is next the an Irish village which has plenty of restaurants. Also a tennis club is within few steps from the hotel and comes quite handy for whoever wants to play. All in all perfect for business, would not personally consider for holidays as ther are better options surely.

Nice hotel if no going up in price.
All was ok. Nice to have an upgrade of room. Personel very very disposal and polite.Pity to roof swiming pool close , only weekends till 18:00 Air conditional complicared to manage. Very nicce breakfast. Lot of COVID. Precautions.

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Zugang zur VIP-Lounge gebucht. Als wir in die Lounge gehen wollten, wurde uns der Zugang verwehrt, da unsere Tochter 11 Jahre alt ist und der Zutritt nur ab 12 Jahren möglich ist. Auf unser Bitten, ob wir evtl. Getränke oder eine Alternativleistung bekommen könnten, wurde ebenfalls abgelehnt. Null Kulanz von Jumeirah, auch nicht als wir uns bei Jumeirah in Deutschland darüber beschwert haben. Somit haben wir den Aufpreis für "Nichts" bezahlt

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean, the bed and bedding was very comfortable. The hotel is very close to the airport. The concierge service is excellent. The gym is very good. Breakfast had a variety of food and beverages to choose from. Overall staffs were very friendly, helpful, polite and professional, especially Ismail from concierge service made our stay extra special.

Excellent séjour, reposant calme, personnel sympathique en particulier fathima au restaurant ainsi qu’à l’accueil du restaurant nomad. Les valets du parking tous très sympathiques, ainsi que Ismail (2) au service d'étage sont très avenants. Les piscines et le cadre sont incroyables loin de l’effervescence du centre. Le confort de la literie et de la salle de bain permettent un repos de qualité. Rien à dire nous recommandons.

The hotel was excellent from start to finish - the staff are very helpful, the facilities are fantastic with both an outdoor and rooftop pool, huge buffet breakfast and a lovely spa. It is very conveniently located, close to the airport and has shuttle services to the malls and The Palm - don't bother with an airport hotel service shuttle, it cost me 35 AED in a taxi! This is the second time I've stayed here, and would definitely come back. My only issue is that the tap in the bathroom had come away from the sink, so it kept moving when you turned the faucet on. But other than that, I can't fault it! Thanks for a lovely stay, I will be back.

Big shower and bathtub, nice size room overall. Unique design. Water service at the pool is nice. The pool was busy and ambiance adversely effected by an outdoor stage venue next door which was doing sound checks all day and blaring annoying beats plus loud construction
