A pice of heaven
We are delighted by our recent stay at One & Only The Palm. We love the facilities, the pool area is an spectacular sightseeing by night specially! The staff is great and amicable! Mr. Doole, Host Coordinator, did an incredible job at booking for us many restaurant in Dubai and Abu Dabi, he arrange a schedule according to our requirements, which included a Safari in the dessert! We visit Ferrari Musseum and even a quick tour in the Louvre of the UAE. Great times thanks to the hotel staff! Definitely a must in Dubai.

Mejor hotel de Dubai
Hotel de súper lujo, con ambiente tranquilo. Habitaciones muy cómodas, limpieza dos veces al día. Servicio de mayordomo 24h. Top!!. La playa espectacular con distancia enorme entre hamacas. Piscina exterior preciosa, climatizada, para disfrutar todo el año. Hamacas y camas balinesas. Relax total con música chill out de fondo y oferta continua de bebidas por parte del servicio de piscina. Los jardines y vegetación del hotel te hacen olvidar que estás en Dubai. Trato del personal en el hotel inmejorable. Mayordomo, Concierge, simplemente inmejorable. Desayuno mejorable. Restaurantes nota 8’5. Estancia global 9’7. Por el único detalle de que el desayuno podria ser con mayor variedad. Mejor hotel de Dubai si buscas tranquilidad, relax, lujo y servicio y personal exquisito. Muchas gracias a todo el personal del hotel por hacer de nuestras vacaciones, unas vacaciones inolvidables.

This property is so beautiful. It is the oasis for relaxation if one is looking for a relaxing vacation at the pool or beach. The service is exceptional and the staff is so kind and nice. They go above and beyond. The food is always fresh and delicious! We love it!

One of the most beautiful hotels in the world! Thank you for the hospitality,kindness,excellent service,wonderful amenities,cleanliness ! 全てにおいて素晴らしいレベルのホテル。 お会いしたスタッフの方全員が親切で対応が良かった。 ホテルの設備も高級感あふれるハイセンスなものばかりで申し分なしでした。 部屋も広く清潔で、水回りも使いやすかったです。 レストランは101と朝食のみの利用でしたが、 いずれもとても美味しかったです。 Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Both myself and my fiancée got married at the Only & Only The Palm on 8th October 2019 and I can't say how impressed and delighted we were with everything that all the staff did at the hotel! Victoria our wedding planner was fantastic with nothing being a problem or issue to deal with! Our Butler Ian also went the extra mile every time we wanted a reservation made. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and would honestly say it's the best hotel in Dubai by far.

Sehr zuvorkommende und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Sehr ruhige und schöne Lage am Ende der ‚Palm‘, dadurch jedoch etwas erhöhter Reiseaufwand, wenn man Richtung Stadt unterwegs ist.
