Los cuartos no están mal, el desayuno le doy un 6 pero en limpieza está muy mal, apesta y no limpian, los pisos no estaban ni trapeados

Hebergement pas propre . Manque bouilloire micro-ondes lave-linge verres couverts... Le soir l hotel se transforme en hotel de passe. Horrible.

I’m very disappointed in the way I was treated, I had to wash with my hands in a studio apartment that is supposed to have a washer and dryer according to their website. I could not even have anything like plate and spoons. I really felt bad 👎👎👎

The lobby and elevators and seating outside the hotel was full of prostitutes, the room was nasty, dirty, old and smelled. The closet mirror was broken and the door would not open. The door would not lock and I felt very unsafe. Your wed sites photos DO NOT represent this location accurately

The staff were very polite and professional. I stayed with my family in this hotel. They upgraded my studio booking with quite a big suite for free. Everything was perfect. Will visit again.

Horrible.
Room specification and amenities among others are not matching what was booked for. Hotel staff said there’s no “Family Apartment” yet are able to confirm reservations. Parking is in poor condition. Horrible choice, stay away. Food at the restaurant caters only to specific nationality.

The property is quite run-down and needs renovation. The place has lots of "night business" going on, which resulted in shouting in the night. The house-keeping staff were nice, but the overall level of staff did not compare to what I am used to in Dubai. It was low priced and so I guess one cannot complain too much. But I would not book again.

STOP!!!! Before you book this hotel, please read the google reviews. It’s a very economical stay but for me, not worth it. I found a few small roaches in our bathroom and we saw several in the dining area around the food we were eating for breakfast. Also the place through out stinks like cigarette including the room and I ended up getting sick. If you’re totally ok with everything I mentioned above than by all means, more power to you. It was unfortunate that we booked this place and I failed to do further research. Their Hotels.com ad and review is a little miss leading and they do NOT refund for cancellations. I was unable to make any changes and just pushed through our stay. Other than that, the staff was nice.

5 STAR ROACH HAVEN Hey fellow travelers, don't let them scam you like they did to me. This hotel is not 5 star, it's not even 1 star and it is not safe from the health point of view. There are roaches all over the place, I have seen many of them at various places in the hotel and in my room. There was one sitting inside the refrigerator in my room and in the bathroom, not to mention the flies and bedbugs but the most disturbing part was the roaches on the back wall where the breakfast buffet is served. I was supposed to stay for 8 nights but had to check out after 2 nights because of the disgusting conditions of this hotel. Expedia refused to refund me the remainder of the amount I have paid despite their false advertizing by rating this hotel as a 5 star. Dubai is a far and an expensive destination, don't let them ruing for you. Go somewhere else.

not clean. do not clean daily. the hotel is not suitable for families. there is a lot going on in the evening. breakfast is not suitable for European standards. half person little choice and it is Pakistani food. غير نظيف. لا تنظف يوميا . الفندق غير مناسب للعائلات. هناك الكثير يحدث في المساء. الإفطار غير مناسب للمعايير الأوروبية. خيار قليل لنصف شخص وهو طعام باكستاني.

This hotel was choosen by Expedia because my booking was denied at another place I booked. This one was a bit of distance compared to what I need, away fro shops and from métro. The room was not very clean except the bed was fine. Insects flying and crowling in the room....

おすすめはしませんが、私としては別に不満というわけではない。 ゴキブリ、壁薄、小蝿、蠅、水でない、電気がいきなり消える、Wifi繋がらない。 このワードで嫌な人は行かない方が良い。 ただ、ホテルの人は良い人、朝ごはんは美味しい。 一カ月ほど滞在しましたが、まあ後半は慣れて色々と気にならなくなりました。 後は、他の滞在客がうるさいですね。 隣の声丸聞こえなので、夜うるさくて寝れない事がありました。

Ich habe 90m² zimmer gebucht.die haben uns eine zimmer gegeben der nur ca 45m² groß war.die ausstattung der zimmer war auch nicht das was ich gebucht.wir haben 7 tage da gewohnt aber in 7 tagen 3 zimmergewechsel.klima ohne funktion,in der dusch wasser hahn funktion.dawaren über all insecten in zimmern.ich habe an der reception telephonirt das hier insecten sind der antwort war wo küsche ist normal.dann habe ich gesagt hier fehlt kühlschrank und das ist nicht der zimmer wo für ich bezahlt habe.wenn ihr kenne zimmer mehr habt wie soo bieten sie an.die antwort war wir haben damit nichts zu tun das ist diese webseite hat es gemacht wir haben diese zimmer.etc ich würde vorschlagen geht ni diesen hotel.

Horrendous and disgusting. It had cockroaches, exposed wires, leaking ceiling, rotten old furniture, dusty curtains and many other horrible things. I had to book into another hotel. I definitely would not recommend it for anyone

This is an old aparthotel building in Deira, the centre of "old Dubai". The rooms need new furnishings and renovation and the building is riddled with cockroaches. Many the clients appeared to be "party girls" and their male friends. The staff are friendly are helpful and do their best with what they have to work with. Don´t expect much here and you won´t be disappointed.
