El hotel esta bien ubicado, nos gusto la habitación pequeña pero muy limpia y práctica. Lo que no me gusto fue que en el check-out nos presionaron de forma poco profesional para escribir una opinión en Google...no nos sentimos comodos y perdieron 1 estrella y la excelente opinion que teniamos previamente. Al cliente no se le presiona. Gracias.

The best hotel staff in dubai
Best staff at dubai. First night, people at the restaurant continue working after their normal time. Awesome team. Then, when we leave the hotel and went to the airport, the hotel staff took contact with us because we forgot a bag.... they sent a taxi with the bag for us to the airport. This hotel has the best staff ever!!!! Congratulation to the complete team....

Esta muy cerca del metro y muy bien ubicado
Hotel totalmente nuevo muy comodo y con excelente servicio. Las habitaciones no son muy grandes pero si muy comodas. Tiene una bonita alberca y un gimnasio bastante completo. Yo solicite el desayuno incluido y es tipo buffete bastante bueno

It took the staff close to an hour to deliver an iron to my room. I had to make three phone calls to the front desk and eventually walking downstairs to ask where I can get the iron myself.

The staff at reception, cleaning crew & support staff were all very helpful and provided good service. Location is handy to the Metro Station (10mins walk - 25mins to Dubai Mall). Free bus Shuttle service was excellent, on time with drive Mangal Singh being knowledgeable and polite. Recommended to others.

I paid too much for 1 night and we don’t have a good view. I checked the next day which is Saturday but almost half of the price with Expedia. We stayed in Dubai for 9 nights and Rove is the only hotel self parking no valet.

Great experience during check in. Rooms are decent size, a bit on the smaller side, but all is new. Generally, staff is nice and always trying to be as helpful as they can be. The only remark I would have is that staff during breakfast (all 3 mornings I was there) is not as welcoming as the rest of the hotel team and breakfast choices are very very limited. Other than this, I would not mind staying next time here.
