Antiguo, ruidoso y limpio
El desayuno estaba bien, el hotel está limpio y el personal era amable. Nos dieron una habitación al lado de los ascensores y se escuchaban como si estuvieran dentro de la habitación. El colchón y el baño están para renovar.

habitación tal y como esperabamos, cerca del centro turistico, muy bien comunicado por lineas de bus tanto al centro como al aeropuerto. atención excelente. sería recomendable que pusieran una pequeña nevera en las habitacones.

Staff is very nice and helpful. The hotel doesn't have a fitness center and offers you passes to a local gym for 7E. I thinks it's a great hotel for short stays. There are only a couple of small drawers. It's conveniently located and has great acces to public transit. I would come back.

Calidad Precio, fantástico
Habitaciones amplias, cómodas y confortable. La limpieza bastante buena. La situación en una zona tranquila pero muy bien comunicada. El Buffete del desayuno bueno y con productos de calidad. Paradas de Bus Público, Aircoatch en la misma puerta. Parada de Tren bastante cercan.

Es un hotel muy grande a unos 15-20 minutos andando del centro. Las habitaciones son realmente grandes pero se ven un poco viejas. El baño es para reformarlo ya.

No está al nivel de un 4 estrellas, como mucho 3. Necesita una remodelación urgente. Habitaciones poco agradables y bastante anticuadas. El desayuno bastante mal y comedor poco agradable. No tiene leisure center. En resumen un timo para lo que te ofrecen. Yo pagué 222€ la noche habitación individual con desayuno. Caríiiiisimo!

En general el hotel está muy bien. La única pega que le pongo es la ubicación, quedaba un poco lejos del centro y volver después de todo el día recorriendo Dublin se hacían pesado ...

Apenas estuvimos en hotel sólo para dormir pero las instalaciones y la habitacion son muy buenas lo unico que a l hora de volver nos encontrabamos con la habitación helada porque estaba la ventana abierta desde por la mañana por la Sra. de la Limpieza. Por otro lado, el check-out lo teniamos a las 12 pero a las 10 entró a la habitacion un trabajador para comprobar si la habitación estaba vacia sin llamar previamente y si lo hizo muy flojo.

Mostly good, bar one staff member.
I was staying during the Covid19 pandemic, so there were only about 10/15 guests out of 400 rooms. Physical condition and cleanliness of the hotel was fine, service from most staff was fine also,except for one night porter. I actually had an allergic reaction to some food I had bought out of the hotel. I rang a Gp and she advised me to immediately call an ambulance and go the front desk reception. On my way down I asked one of the night porters could he help me phone an ambulance as I was still on the phone to the Gp. This particular staff member looked at me with an expression of 'why should I bother', almost shrugging his shoulders indicating that its not in his job description. I'm fairly sure Engish wasn't his first language, and maybe the culture he grew up in may not put much value on helping others in such a situation, but in a well known 4 star hotel in Ireland, that's not acceptable to me. I got down to the front desk and asked another staff member to phone for an ambulance and he did so. Again, English was not his first language either, but he managed to call the ambulance. I mentioned to some other staff members about the difficulty I had with the first staff member I asked for help when I returned to the hotel from the hospital. They did say they would look into it.

Great hotel
Check in and check out very quick . All staff very polite. The hotel was very clean and public rest rooms. The breakfast has a good selection and was very good. Easy to get into the city on the bus which stops just across the road and right outside for the return journey

Room nice but tv ridiculously small. The bar very cold as too many doors open. We had to leave the bar area due to the through breeze. We left with breakfast as we weren’t happy with our stay.

Reception staff were very helpful & managed to resolve booking mishap with little stress. Restaurant/ dining staff were very nice so any minor negative points you would be searching for so overall stay was good

Have stayed numerous times and the rooms were spacious. This time the room was dated and cramped. Disappointed in this regard. The hotel may consider a customer loyalty record as other hotels we have used in this regard. Tried to use room card in the bar for a drink n felt like a security risk with phone calls to reception. Did not like this at all.

I stay here regularly. Lovely hotel in great location in the heart of Ballsbridge. It’s very convenient for city centre , about 20 min walk to Grafton St . Plenty of buses and taxis too . The Staff here are so friendly and helpful. They will go out of their way to ensure your stay is very pleasant . Highly recommend.
