Llegamos al hotel manejando muy tarde en la noche y por ello nuestra percepción es que no es un hospedaje ideal si se quiere evitar distancia desde aeropuerto y conducir para llegar al lugar. Pero si se tiene chance y se anda en vehículo (recomendado en Irlanda), el hotel es fácil de ubicar y las instalaciones cumplen. El lugar es agradable y es un centro para hospedar visitantes a un Instituto con lo cual no tiene el típico movimiento de un hotel. No hay restaurantes cerca y no tiene bar o no lo vimos. El desayuno es normal (no hay huevos en ninguna presentación) y las habitaciones son cómodas y agradables

Es un hotel muy tranquilo. Algo alejado de Dublin pero la estacion del tren de cercania esta a 15 mijutos a pie y tiene horario hasta las 12 de la noche. Todos los alrededores muy verdes y muy bonitos

hotel barato, con desayuno buffet incluido, a las afueras de dublin, bien situado si se está haciendo una ruta con coche de alquiler y no se quiere dormir en dublin centro. Dificil de encontrar, el gps no reconoce la calle. parking gratuito, se necesita coche para moverse. habitaciones grandes y correctas

Was disappointed when we got there and realised there was no bar or restaurant. It was only a place to stay . Walked into Dundrum for something to eat . Overall the room was clean and the bed comfortable but not hotel facilities

Nice place
The hotel overall was really nice and clean, staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast could have been better value for money as you do not get much but other than that I can’t fault it.

Was attending a graduation in the IMI so booked in for convenience. Decor tired, beds comfortable, room warm. Bathroom functional, towels tired,only one complementary shower gel supplied but had brought my own. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that.

This is not a hotel ! Very misleading advertising, it’s literally a building with cold concrete walls. The rooms are ok but nothing to do, so far away from everything and breakfast the following morning is literally cereal or toast. You would have better amenities in a hostel. Definitely would not stay here again. Good option was to order online and have it delivered

Nice hotel, poor breakfast offerings
Very comfortable nice rooms, staff are very helpful. Breakfast was very disappointing, just basic offerings, toast, coffee cereals etc., a big let down compared to everything else.

Dirty, old, stained carpets, breakfast is €8 for a selection of one type of cheese, cheap ham, and is a waste of money. There is a garage along the road that has a much better selection. The bed is however comfortable

Mountain views and city access
Wonderful, quiet, a great room, top quality linen and orthopaedic mattress. Reception staff are very welcoming.

Great location, very close to dundrum town shopping center. Worn out headboard, stain marks on the walls and ceiling, very old carpeting, parking area needs resurfacing, some lights in my room did not work

Basically it was okay. The room generally is very nice, same for the bathroom. It was also clean. Condition of the room wasn‘t that nice and it was really cold. Heater didn‘t work and I slept with two other blankets I found on the top of the wardrobe.

Quiet, on edge of town, free parking. Big room. Attractive complex, looked like one of the modern Cambridge colleges architecturally. No bar or lounge area really. Shops required driving to.

We have stayed here a number of times but recently it seems to be going downhill. Arrived after PRE-paying for the room but had the receptionist wanting to charge 110 euro for the room. I had pre paid but doubted myself and said ill pay on checkout which would have given me a chance to check emails etc but was refused that option. When I finally gave in I had my credit card in the machine and was just about to submit pin when I was stopped as the receptionist read the information correctly and figured out I had already paid for the room. When to the room, carpet was all stained, cushions that are decoration on the bed are covered in stains and it seemed as if the heating was not working but we thought it would come on later. Recent stays have shown us the carpets are worn but that happens in hotel rooms. We ordered a taxi went up to reception almost 10 minutes early stood in reception and walked out every now and again to see if taxi was outside. The receptionist who had tried to over charge us and who also ordered the taxi left us stand there and then told us to walk all the ways around to the other entrance to get the taxi as she did not tell him the pick up was at the residence side. We have always seen the taxis come to the residence side of the complex. It was were we were dropped off later and where others were being dropped and collected as well. Came home at 11.30pm to find room freezing as no heating working. Too late to go looking for night porter.

Great location. Excellent clean room. Exactly what is advertised. Nice small gym and a free breakfast. Elizabeth from Brazil who serves breakfast was very helpful and accommodating. Leam checked me in fast and with a friendly manner. Nice hotel. Will stay again. Good value for the price!

Pros It was interesting that it was on a campus. Very quiet accommodations. Like that it was close to Dundrum shopping centre and not in the hustle and bustle of Central Dublin. Cons Dated building but modern decor.

Don’t bother
Poor signage, confusing reception, tatty premises,very unattractive kitchen/breakfast area which all had a musty smell,very small twin‘executive’ room, thin towels, stained and shoddy shower,very cheap toilet paper, frozen mushy fruit at breakfast, only one key card, no air conditioning-room very warm!.Expensive for what we got.would rather have paid a little extra a few hundred meters away as easy to drive to a tram station or find a bus stop.Very disappointed .

my heating in my room was not working this was a big problem for me as i hace to feel warm not comfy if im cold lots of stains on carpets not a good look on arrival woke up at 3:30 in the morning bye drunken guests running up the hall way but all staff was very nice

Stay elsewhere
The walk to reception was long and difficult with baggage. The carpet in the room was stained. I was placed in the first floor by the entrance so heard noise from guests entering all night. I did not feel safe leaving the window open for air and it would have been even noisier with the window open. Breakfast was average.

Great place to relax
We had an amazing stay, we loved how calme and relaxing it was. Staff was also very friendly. To bad there is no bar or restaurant on site and cleaning could be much better
