I would like to say if your having any problem during your stay you may come to front desk to resolve it. We are having 48 rooms and we could easily change your room.Our property is smoke free and people smoke outside and on that day there was lot of guest in our Motel and some smell can come inside when they open door.Shower curtains are made of stainless steel and their design is curvy to make more space in tub. Linen is always clean and you mention.Thanks for appreciating about the AC, It was really a hot on that day but cool room always refreshing.About the premium charges i would like to say that we were just reasonably high other than rest Hotel. That depends upon on the demand and supply Metrix.Thanks
