Una verguenza de habitaciones, sucias, descuidada
El hotel esta sucio, había abajo de las camas un coca cola vacia, una muñeca , y encontramos dos cucarachas en el cuarto. Verdaderamente asqueroso, no es posible que dependan del Pucic Palace. Es una verguenza de habitación, por favor chequenlo, de todo nuestro viaje Olea Rooms fue lo unico asqueroso. No pueden tener un lugar así en Hoteles.com.....muchas gracias

Une bonne dernière nuit sur Dubrovnik
Chambre convenable avec un lit confortable, accès à Netflix. Petit bémol sur la salle de bain dont les portes de douche ferment mal. Autrement, l’accueil de l’hôtel est très satisfaisant, très bien accueilli. Petit plus avec la consigne des bagages lors de votre dernier jour. L’hôtel est bien situé, dans la vieille ville où effectivement il se peut qu’il fasse un peu de bruit le soir. C’est l’avantage d’être en ville.

Place was very centrally located for shopping and eating. Room was ok. Very old and not updated. Bed super comfy but did not get any hot water for showers in am or pm which is big problem. TV had netflix which was great. Also right above 2 restaurants ao super loud until 3 am with music.

Mörkt och mycket som inte fungerade
Vissa lampor fungerade inte, väldigt mörkt i korridor in till rummet. Tv:n fungerade inte, trots två besök från receptionen gick den fortfarande inte vid hemfärden. Märklig dubbelsäng, cirka 40 cm hög, slarvig bäddning. Ingen utsikt, markis över restaurang utanför fönstret och rätt störigt på kvällstid. Mycket bra läge och underbar frukost på närliggande huvudhotell.

The location is unbeatable if you are not travelling with your car. There is no nearby parking unless it is 10 usd per hour just outside the old town. We are heavy sleepers, but still have trouble sleeping with so much noisy throughout whole night till 2am. While the restaurant downstairs starts setting up around 7am. The floor is little sticky. I would not choose to stay again.

Very well situated in the old town. Next to the cathedral and close to the entrance to the city made it easy to access. Very short walk to the beach.

Overall the property was great, the Tv didn’t work and in the middle of a summer heatwave, the aircon didn’t work properly either, there were a few little things, like the bathroom flooding when you use the shower but nothing that made me want to leave. Great location and great friendly staff.

True Gem!
Loved loved loved everything about this spot. Incredible old town location, spacious room, outstanding staff, impeccable cleanliness....and all at a price well below market. A plus that it is a sister property to Pucic Palace--as you get the benefits of the first class service they are known for. Would stay here a hundred times over...

일단 처음으로 베드버그에 물렸어요 ㅠ 3일 묵었는데 매일 청소라는 안내와 달리 수건도 바꿔주지 않았구요 화장실 휴지도 떨어졌어요 ㅠ 별5개 맞는지 ,,, 성당 뒤에 위치해 오가기는 좋았습니다

The location is very good and the apartment is managed by the hotel, so it is very clean. However, unlike the one marked as housekeeping daily, the request was made for housekeeping only once every three days.

Room is spacious and very clean. In old town, so very easy to reach any historic places. Cooking facility is enough, but no micro wave. Anyway if I come here again, I would stay Olea again.

Challenging
Finding the office of the company that runs this property was challenging. There is no clear signage of where the office is. Fortunately I was able to get assistant from people working in restaurants in the area. The room was clean, but the bed was sub-standard and there was no view -- it is one of several rooms in an "apartment building". As cars cannot enter the walled city of Dubrovnik, you have to tote your luggage from the gate of the city to the location of the 'apartments, and then up the stairs (no elevator). As it is in the midst of several restaurants and bars, it was quite noisy at night.

It was lovely big apartment in the heart of the old town. The service was great and highly recommend. Note, right next to a church which chimes on the hour - but feel like you are part of it all.

Great location ! loved staying within the palace walls. Breakfast was very good room was very clean and comfortable. Porter service was very helpful with transfer of the bags.
