Thank you for the great rating! But more importantly thank you for being our guest! Walking is definitely not suggested on the highway but within a 1/4 mile there are more restaurants than we can count! Uber eats and many restaurants also deliver here! We can give you lists and recommendations!

Sometimes louder groups stay at hotels and are not as respectful as they need to be. We are always willing to change your room to a more quiet section if it is available.

We also have shower caps upon request, just let us know at front desk!, we have lots of extra amenities if you should forget something!

I'm sorry for the disappointment about our pool closing for maintenance. We had it listed on all of our sites that it would be closed to resurface the bottom for a week, starting with notifications weeks in advance. We are working to keep it looking brand new! Although the hotel appeared brand new to you it is actually almost 7 years old! We work hard to keep it maintained and looking like new, hence the pool closing. We did not offer discounts as we are still providing a top quality room and complimentary hot breakfast as well as a modern fitness room and many other amenities.

The unit may have been on heat instead of AC. It heated to 74 and then shut off. Try switching to AC and it would have gone cooler. We are sorry you experienced difficulties with the room temp controls, they can be tricky.
