Check in male weird, when making reservations advised of medical condition and requested ground floor due to medical issue and no elevator. When check in told bad news just gave out last room on ground floor and will have to use the stairs. desk Person didnt even care. Room shower drained very slow. Toilet ghosted flushed. Cont breakfast very poor and a joke

someone above our floor walked in the middle of night on a very squeaky floor the 4 nights we stayed there. I spilled water on night stand & cleaned it up & picked up a lot of dust. the carpets were very soiled-s/b steamed cleaned or replaced. The staff were friendly & helpful.

3:30pm room wasn’t ready and then it was no Kleenex killed a couple of bugs in the room lighting was for poor in the bathroom commode was very low The juice machine didn’t work desk help was very not interested the microwave didn’t work in the room

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Dirty, creepy atmosphere. The place is falling apart. I did not feel safe there.

Nothing was unique about this place other then the very good staff. This is a very dirty and old place that has not been kept up.

The bedding has stains on it. Called front desk they brought clean sheets but did not make the beds just handed the sheets to us. No clean comforters. The bottom of the bathtub was brown with dirt. There was debris all over the floor. A women knocked on the door in the middle of the night asking if we needed ‘turn down’ service. Prostitute!

It is a non-smoking facility but the first room we checked into someone had obviously smoked recently in. The second room just smelled stale and the bathroom did not appear to be well cleaned.

The room was dirty. Toothpaste on the mirror, the sheets smelled rancid. We checked in at 5:30pm went to a concert, came back to the hotel and checked out at 10:20pm. Worst experience we have ever had with a hotel.

Firstbof all, The front desk clerk was amazing! This is an older hotel that needs some TLC. The bed was super UNcomfoftable, the bedding was old and the sheets were coming off which exposed that color of the very old mattress. I didn't want to walk barefoot because everything seemed so dirty. The floors creaked when the people upstairs were walking. I felt like the ceiling may come crashing down. The smell of weed was strong when we returned to our room at night. We will never stay there again

The heater in our room didn't work. They said they were going to fix it. Since I was going to be out of the room most of the day I thought it would be okay. They didn't get it fixed and we were cold. There looked to be a pile of toenail clippings beside the bed. The ad said full breakfast. Bisquits and gravy does not make a full breakfast. I cannot eat waffles with syrup. There was no coffee and had to ask for cups. The night lady, Gina, was awesome. She was helpful and upbeat.

Front desk lady was very personable. We were going to a concert and running late so we threw our stuff in the room and left. Came in rather late and just straight to bed. The next morning once we were up and around - the toilet was clogged. There was food on the floors in several places - just not a clean room at all. Lesson learned- check your room first even if in a hurry. But, will not be staying there again.

The only issue we had was that the heater went out on our last night there they did offer to move us, but we didn’t move because it was gonna be too much trouble and the guy said that he would help us with our stuff and although he was being friendly, it just creeped me out a little bit

Dirty inside the main desk area, front door seemed to be broken and would not close. Elevator was broken and had to take the stairs, stairwell was very dirty and appeared to have not ever been cleaned. Tv and phone in room did not work and there was hair left in the bathtub. First room card we received was to an occupied room. We left after one night in our two night reservation.

The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond when we didn’t have a TV remote in our room. The room itself was not in great shape- just old. The decorative blanket on the bed was dirty, although the sheets appeared fine.

When you pull up to this stunning facility, it is apparent you are in for a ride. Ripped American flag with no light on at night, dingy pool, sketchy looking people hanging out in the parking lot and a “push door open sign” on a sliding door. First room punched us in the face with the odor of smoke, not surprising since the smoke detector was covered with a plastic bag, held on with a rubber band. Paint and water damage everywhere and more carpet stains than a crime scene. Opened the drawer between the beds to be greeted by baby roaches. After a room change to a room on the second floor (with no elevator) that they obviously used a gallon of Fabuloso to cover the smoke smell, we found it to be tolerable. Breakfast was so so, with cold gravy and no plates big enough to hold the waffles. Whole hotel smells like mildew and marijuana, ice machines are rusty and drains are riddled with black mold. Last day, the front desk lady made a rude comment about my children to another customer when she thought I was out of range. This hotel is a perfect representative of a worn out town, kept from obscurity by a college and more dispensaries than gas stations. Spend the extra and stay at the casino…
