Well located and overpriced hotel in Dusseldorf
Location is perfect, close to the main train station and also to the old city, you can perfectly go walking everywhere. If you are tired there are many options of public transport throughout the city and with easy connection to the hotel. The best score is for breakfast, it was of good quality and variety. Very good, on top floor with a nice view. Room was nothing extraordinary. Ours was very dark and it was located on the second floor (we had asked for a top floor room). Perhaps it was the simplest category , in that case it is undoubtedly pricey. Scarce amenities, they give you only one water for the whole stay. They didn´t clean our room the first day because we were wrong with the card we left on the door (both sides mean the same, that is very odd) and didn´t make any effort to clean it even when we report front desk at 3 p.m. There was also a problem wit an aisle door that made a lot of noise and it was not possible to leave it open. They did nothing (finally we put a piece of paper under the door so we could sleep). The worst part was the bed itself and the pillows. Very bad sleep for us (perhaps perfect for others) but if you don´t like very soft beds and pillows you will find it difficult to sleep properly. Air conditioning was a bit odd too, you can´t manage it easily, we were a bit hot for the whole stay. Staff was neither specially nice nor helpful.

La eficiencia es más importante que la onda
La habitación no tiene teléfono, si necesitas algo tenéis que bajar a recepción, o llamarlos o enviar un SMS desde tu celular...Si si, para comunicarte con recepción hay que usar roaming internacional.

Well located hotel close to the train station. Great shower, confortable rooms. No telephone in the room and very difficult to control de temperature, you cannot put the temperature you like, it has five levels and that's it.

No le gustó: Servicio y personal
no habia agua caliente insolito
estuve 5 noches y 3 días me tuve que duchar con agua fria, insolito, ademas no hay telefono para comunicarse con la recepción. Me dijeron el primer dia que lo arreglarían y no fue asi. Increible lo qu epagué en el hotel y ni siquiera tuve agua caliente para ducharme en la mañana.

Muy centrico.
Un hotel del que esperaba bastante mas, esta bien ubicado, es un hotel nuevo, construido en 2016, pero la habitacion es muy pequeña, los baños separados por 1 pared en el medio de la habitacion...etc No repetire.

Interessantes Zimmerdesign (schöner japanischer Stil), zentrale Lage, Bahnhof zu Fuß erreichbar Aber: Für den gehobenen Preis hätten wir mehr erwartet. Hotel ist nichts besonderes, Frühstück für 25€ pP stark überteuert, Fenster sehr dreckig. Aufgrund der Lage an der Hauptstraße auch nachts recht laut. Checkout: Wir hatten an der Rezeption abgeklärt, dass wir bis 12 Uhr bleiben dürfen, dennoch wurden wir um 11:15 vom Housekeeping unfreundlich gebeten zu gehen.

Very good breakfast with a lovely view from the 11th floor, wonderful personel. One small downside was that our room was quite warm and it was not clear how the climate control worked. Luckily you can open the windows.
