Hotel agradable. A destacar el trato del personal. Son muy amables. El hotel estubo correcto en todo, excepto que corría aire por debajo de la ventana. Por suerte, las camas son muy cómodas y el abrigo de cama era caliente, dormimos muy bien. Está bien comunicado.

La habitacion que reserve no tenia nada que ver con la que me dieron, con moqueta sucia y una habitacion sucia la cual me provoco alergia puesto que no estaba limpia de polvo, la unica persona competente y agradable es la recepcionista que sabe hablar español su compañera es una antipatica y borde la cual se reia de la situacion, el desayuno muy escaso, no nos limpiaban las habitaciones en condiciones.. mi habitacion daba a una escalera de incendios por la cual podia pasar cualquiera, no nos cambiaron de habitaciones porque decian que estaban llenos..( cosa que no es verdad) total un desastre… no repetiria

we are sorry that you did not feel well in our hote.you received what you was booked, the standard room, the comfort room is at a different price, as the colleague told you at the check in.unfortunately the room could not be changed,because the hotel was full for 3 days, so we don't habe rooms available.if you put the 'please not disturb' singn on the door, the housekeeping kann not clean the room.and for the breakfast, swedish buffet where you have many choice, sorry for be so bad for you.thank you very much for the feedback.We wish you all the and best stay healthyTeam Madison

Es un agujero. La habitación tenía una superficie de menos de 6 metros cuadrados, una cama de 90 cm de ancho. El ascensor no llegaba más que hasta un piso más abajo. No llegamos a dormir allí. Nos fuimos nada mas ver la habitación.

Hotel muy recomendable
Me ha gustado mucho este hotel. La ubicación es muy buen y está muy bien comunicado. La habitación muy amplia y limpia, al igual que el baño, que era nuevo y estaba impecable. Los recepcionistas encantadores,especialmente el hombre que tenía el turno de tarde. En la zona hay muchos restaurantes y el barrio es totalmente seguro. Excelente relación calidad precio

Personnel très aimable et agréable, Petit déjeuner varié au buffet, ouverture à 6h30 les jours de semaine, et 7h les weekends et jours fériés Accès à la gare principale 2 min à pieds Beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours 20 minutes à pieds pour atteindre la vieille ville et les bords du Rhin Chambre et salle de bain propres, malgré la moquette ça ne sent pas le moisi, ni dans la salle de bain, bien ventilée, chauffage réglable. Bouilloire dans la chambre. Grand merci à tout le personnel pour leur soin et accueil chaleureux 💐

Qua ligging ten opzichte van het centrum is perfect. Het is voor een kort verblijf prima. Maar het is heel basic. Ook het ontbijt stelt niet zoveel voor maar is prima. Ik had aan de hand van de afbeelding bij onze kamer de gerenoveerde variant verwacht maar dat bleek niet zo te zijn. Wij hadden een familiekamer en die bestaat uit 2 verdiepingen. Wel allemaal erg ruim, ook de badkamer. Bedden waren erg hard.

**Titel: Unzumutbare Erfahrung im Novum Hotel Madison Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof** **Bewertung: ⭐☆☆☆☆** Mein Aufenthalt im Novum Hotel Madison Düsseldorf Hauptbahnhof war tief enttäuschend und weit unter meinen Erwartungen. Die Zimmer waren extrem klein und das Sauberkeitsniveau ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Die Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof erschien zunächst als Vorteil, jedoch ist das Hotel nicht direkt am Bahnhof gelegen. Ein etwa 8-minütiger Fußweg, der an Alkoholikern und Obdachlosen vorbeiführt, war notwendig, um das Hotel zu erreichen, was das Gefühl von Sicherheit stark beeinträchtigte. Vor dem Hotel befanden sich ebenfalls Obdachlose, was die Atmosphäre weiterhin trübte. Aufgrund dieser Bedingungen konnte ich nicht einmal zwei Stunden im Zimmer verbleiben. Letztendlich entschied ich mich, auszuchecken und ein anderes Hotel aufzusuchen. Ich kann dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen, da die negativen Aspekte den Aufenthalt erheblich beeinträchtigen. ---

The hotel is very close to the main station with good connection to bus lines, the tram and subway. The hotel itself, especial the rooms are in desperate need of refurbishing. A window in my room was broken, there were stains all over the carpet and the seal in the shower was chipped and broken as well. There was what I'm assuming was toothpaste on the bathroom counter left from the previous guest as well as a couple of hairs. The mirror also wasn't cleaned properly. Breakfast was okay (it was included in my stay otherwise I would've skipped that). However, the staff was very friendly.

I doubt if 4 stars are worth it. In the bathroom the drain plug is rusty. Big crack on the wall in the room. I booked two rooms, but they are not next to each other, very far apart.

Good budget hotel, very good breakfast included in room price. Yes, rooms could do with a refresh but perfectly acceptable as they are. Staff very friendly and welcoming and excellent transport links as only 3 min walk to the main train station.

A really decent hotel very close to the main railway station that includes S Bahn, U Bahn ( Underground), trams buses etc. Very good breakfast choices, staff very hard working and helpful. A Comfort Triple room was our choice and it was large enough and a good bathroom with a great shower system. Can recommend this hotel. Stayed 4 nights, great value.
