“Adult groups gathered for commencement at SDSU. The house was as listed and shown. We had a great time and the house was spacious. Only issue was the bathroom knobs sometimes don’t engage and that could be fun getting out of the bathroom.”

“Perfect place to have a 10 & 18 year old with separate spaces for grandparents. Had rain for a couple of days and the pool was cold but hot tub was nice to have.”

“I booked this house for my crew who was in the area, 15 guys who were there for a local store remodeling. The overall feedback was that the house was clean, the views were one of a kind, and that the property was a special place that one would want to settle down or retire at. The cons that some mentioned are that the house could use some upgrades but that it still has a lot of charm and originality and its a newer home so it seemed like it was built that way intentionally.
