Little disappointing. Paid ridiculous amount and there wasn’t even water in the room. The wine tasting didn’t hit the spot, despite you make 80 percent of red wine the serving was much on white and cheap wines. Signature wines wasn’t even part of the tasting. Most disappointing part was I asked to purchase wine and she told me I can only purchase them for the restaurant price during my stay can’t sell me for the sale price until my departure! This is the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard! How can you even expect your guests to pay full restaurant price to purchase. I stayed at Bengodi the night before and it was whole a lot better!

Cok kaliteli, misafirperver ve ozenerek yapilmis bir otel. SPA’nin cocuk parki gibi kullanilmasi ve bazi garsonlarin bu tarz bir otel icin deneyimsiz olmalari bence olumsuz taraflariydi.

Oteller & Sahipleri & Egoları
Otel konaklaması tatmin ediciydi. Etkileyici iç dizaynı ile unutulmayacak bir otel. Fakat işletme olarak biraz sade, şaraphane otel dizaynında olan otellerde daha fazla ilgi gereklidir. Otelin adının latince olmasına karşın sadece sahipleri istiyor diye İtalyanca okunmasını sahiplik egosu olarak tanımlamaktan başka bir seçenek yok. Hizmet kalitesi iyiydi ama otel tam olarak maksadına uygun olarak işletilmediği düşünüyorum. Biraz sahipleri için lüks bir buluşma yeri olarak tasarlanmış.

They clean the room twice a day. The rooms are very spacious and very well decorated. They are smart rooms, you can control all lights over an ipad and there are around 10 alternative lights which give the rooms different looks. The staff is professional; kind and friendly, always ready to go the extra mile for guests comfort. The hotel is full of art work. Even the buildings are designed by famous designers. They have a lot of land (1700 acres) and extreme clean air. They produce 1 million bottles of wine and have one of the most modern production facilities in the world. Absolutely worth seeing!

Eceabat’ta gizli cennet kapısı
Otel mimarisi, temizliği, dekorasyonu, yemeklerin güzelliği, doğası, çalışanların güleryüzlülüğü ile uzun süredir Türkiye sınırları içinde konakladığım en güzel oteldi. En kısa sürede yeniden gitmek için plan yapacağım.

Incredible building, guest rooms,spa in a magical location - but this is not matched by the staff who take an a very long time to get anything done, and don’t seem at all committees to assisting guests.

Amazing Experience
Hotel has an amazing atmosphere, it is totally surrounded by wineyards. Restaurant was perfect and food was delicious. Hotel staffs were very friendly and kind. Looking for our next stay at Caeli, thanks for everything...

Otel Harika. Binası , temizliği, personel dekorasyon vs. Bizim için özel bir tadım yapıldı. Tabiki sıradışı hizmet aldık. Ama normal misafir olarak gelmiş olsaydım verilen fiyata alınan hizmet yetersizdi. Kahvaltı şaka gibiydi. Gelen yiyecekler sadece koklamalık gibiydi. Mesela 3 kişiye ayrıca 2 kişilik servis verildi. Herşeyden minicik ve sadece 2 şer parça vardı. Daha zengin bir menü olabilirdi.

Çok keyifli bir gün geçirdik. Böyle bir tesisin böyle güzel bir coğrafyada yapılmasına olağanüstü. Yatırımcıların vizyonu ile oluşan sonuç mükemmel.

Otel oldukça ciddi masrafla yapılmış. Heryer kaliteli. Ancak, personel hızlı çalışmıyor, oda temizliğinde bazı ayrıntılar unutuluyor. Bunun haricinde genel olarak memnun kaldım.

Bağlar içinde huzur veren mükemmel bir konaklama deneyimi. Herşey özenle seçilmiş rafine zevk ürünü. Tesis iç ve dışına yerleştirilmiş sanat eserleri , bilgili, abartıya kaçmadan dozunda ilgili ve güleryüzlü personeli ile tekrar gidip kalmayı istediğimiz bir yer.

MUHTEŞEM BİR DENEYİM...
Son dönemde gördüğüm en güzel konsept oteldi. Bağların yanında özgür ve huzurlu hissettim kendimi. Konfor ve kalite ön planda tutulmuş, muhteşem bir otel yaratmışlar. Türkiye'de böyle yerler var mı dedirten mükemmel bir otel. Çok zor beğenen biri olarak şunu söyleyebilirim ki, beğenmediğim hiçbirşey olmadı... Herşey çok özeldi.
