“Wij hadden een heerlijke tijd. Veel ruimte altijd fijn met een groot gezelschap. We hebben gebruik gemaakt van alle faciliteiten ook al was het zwembad heel koud. De extra service om op kosten van de eigenaar naar het warme zwembad te gaan hebben dankbaar gebruikt.”

Für unsere 10 köpfige Gruppe + Baby standen viel zu viele Tische und Stühle im Raum: 25 Plätze an Tischen und noch eine Couchecke mit ca. 10 Sesseln Aber wir haben uns fast nur draußen aufgehalten. Großer, eingezäunter Garten (gut für den Hund). Es hat uns allen gut gefallen Es wäre schön, wenn man die Kosten für die Bettwäsche und Handtücher sparen könnte.”

“We just spent a week at this lovely classic house, near the canal. The property was in excellent condition, and very importantly, was well stocked. The street is quiet, and walkable to the Centrum and Scouts Rally.(playground for kids, café with beverages for adults). Patrick & Karin are lovely hosts that were very communicative without intruding.. We just booked again for summer! One consideration that needs to be mentioned are the steps to/from upstairs. “Das Haus ist groß und geräumig. Das Obergeschoss hat eine Klimaanlage was im Sommer auch wichtig ist. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet auch wenn die letzte Renovierung schon ein paar Jahre her ist. Es ist nicht mehr perfekt, aber auch nicht abgewohnt. Was gut ist, dass man den Pool inklusive Kinderbecken kostenlos nutzen kann. Die Terasse die teilweise großzügig überdacht ist, hat genug Platz um dort zu verweilen und den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Fazit. Eine kleine Renovierung in ein paar Jahren...

“very good proximity with the old center of Eindhoven, in a cool place in a quiet surrounding, with all the useful things and commodities you can find at the feet of the apartment, good ambiance of the apartment, we were 5 with enough space to live for everybody. It was a nice moment, thank you !”
