Las habitaciones no las limpiaron, solo dejaron las toallas y ya. El desayuno cierra a las 10:00 am y a las 9.30 que llegamos a desayunar ya no había casi nada y nos dijeron que ya no iban a poner porque ya casi era hora de cerrar

Hotel en decadencia, viejo, sucio, instalaciones cayendose, la alberca nunca funcina, horrible desayuno, no hicieron limpieza del cuarto 1 dia, escuche a otros clientes quejarse en front desk de las malas condiciones de su cuarto, baño y taza fugando agua, elevadores sucios, con paredes carcomidas las maderas, botones cayendose. En definitiva no volveria a ese hotel ni el de enfrente d ela misma cadena que esta en las mismas condiciones.

Mal hotel.
El hotel muy viejo, con poco mantenimiento, llevábamos muchas maletas (éramos 5), nos asignaron cuarto en el tercer piso y los elevadores no funcionaban, los cuartos super reducidos, rentamos una suite que parecía un cuarto normal en cuanto a tamaño. Alfombras sucias, Almohadas sucias, el desayuno-bufete pésimo solo huevo en polvo, pan y salchicha (quemadas por cierto). Retraso en mi check-inn porque estaban capacitando a la srita. De recepción. Mala experiencia, NO lo recomiendo para nada.

Everything but quality
We arrived circa 11PM, the reception door wouldnt open, altough there were people inside, so I open manually the door, there was no one in the front desk and at least 4 people waiting, after 5 minutes the front desk man arrived and turned on the automatic door, turns out he was smoking outside. after checking in, we tried to go to the second floor but the elevator was not working, I told the front desk but they did nothing, not even go and confirm it. so we had to go all the way to the end of the corridor to use the stairs with lots of baggage and 2 kids who were asleep. and the worst thing... after entering the room we started unpacking and getting ready to bed, so I open the sofa bed and it was dirty, a mess and there even was a dirty sock on the top, so we couldnt even use it to sleep and had to fit ourselves in just the 2 beds... I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone, not even cuz of the price o location, the service and cleannsiness was awful.

Super mal el servicio, era una habitacion para 6 personas y solo habia toallas para 2 personas y al pedir "siempre se estaban secando", no tenian cobijas, no limpiaron la habitación ni alzaron camas, ni cambiaron toallas. El desayuno no estaba rico, teniamos que estar yendo a decirles, falta miel, no hay masa para wafles, que no habia leche, etc. Cuando fui a recepción a preguntar porque la habitación estaba sin limpiar, me dijeron que unos dias limpiaban y otros no, la atencion de los de recepcion muy mala, contestaban mal como si nos hubieran regalado las noches de hotel. Nos llevamos super mala experiencia de ese hotel. No me vuelvo a quedar ahi nunca

Te piden un depósito de $100dlls como si las habitaciones estuvieran en buenas condiciones y nada que ver, el elevedador no estaba en servicio y la habitación en el último piso, las toallas del baño reviejas y rotas y únicamente 2 cuando la habitación era para 6 personas, al pedir más toallas me dijeron que solo el personal de limpieza me las podía dar pero que ellas llegaban hasta las 9 am, las puertas de acceso lateral no servían, mal mal mal

Al llegar la recepcionista muy amable, se realizo el cargo de.las habitaciones. El hotel tenia un olor muy peculiar nada agradable. Nos quedamos atoradas en el elevador que por cierto estaba sucio y en su interior estaba una caja de preservativos. Tarde alrededor.de.40 minutos para que llegara la gerente pafa hacer el.reembolso a mi tarjeta de.credito que por cierto todavia no se refleja el.reembolso
