Plenty of places to eat around hotel. Nice clean place. Bed was a little hard for me but my husband loved it. Very nice gentleman at check in desk.

The clerk who checked us in was very nice, knowledgeable, and friendly. This was a plus. Our room, on the other hand was flawed as follows: Key cards did not work from one day/evening to the next requiring visits to front desk for new cards. The TV was "stuck" on one channel and could not be changed with the remote; staff did not know how to correct. The handle on the bathtub/shower came off. Very low water pressure in the sink faucet. We were asked and agreed to "go green" and use the same towels for three days; however there were no towel bars to spread them out on to dry (It's impossible to enjoy drying on towels that are still wet or piled up.). The bathroom appeared to have been a converted from an ADA room. All in all, especially with the high price we paid for this room, we were not pleased with our stay and probably will not stay at another Wyndom property, at least any time soon.

When we checked in our tv and phone wasn’t working. At 1030 pm the clerk said he could give us a new room , we declined as it was so late and hoped we didn’t need phones for anymore. We were also told we needed to pay &25 for our small dog, this was not on the website at all. Bathroom had mold on the flooding. We were disappointed.

The staff was amazing, always available, personable, helpful, the dream of customer service from the front desk to the breakfast staff and housekeeping. The location is perfect and easily walkable to multiple restaurants and right next to the interstate. The only thing that would have made it better would have been more comfortable beds and pillows.

We were on a quick trip and drove until we wanted to stop. Online reservation was easy, it was the best deal in the area, and turned out to be lovely and quiet. The property is clearly older and could use some updating, but the best was comfortable. I was surprised at how quiet it was because it was a pretty full hotel, but I didn't have people banging doors or yelling in the hallway.

Rude people obvious didn't appreciate my business
The staff was not very helpful. I wanted to extend my room at 6:30am and the person at the desk could not help me. They told me I had to talk to the manager @ 7:30. When I told them I had meetings. I was told to figure it out or I might not have a room

Here at Baymont we strive hard for all of our guests to have the best experience possible and I am sorry this was not the case for you. When you make your reservation using a third party site, we are unable to make any changes to that reservation. It looks like you used expedia, so this means you would have to reach out to expedia to change the dates of your stay or any other reservation details. Our front desk staff can only make changes, edit, or extend reservations made directly through the hotel or Wyndham. I understand this can be frustrating to our guests, and we do apologize for the inconvenience. Clean and quiet
We stayed the night for a vollleyball tournament and was pleasnatly surprised at the room. Aside from the strange smell, the room heater being on, and the carpet in the room not looking like it was vacuumed, everything else during our stay was great. The bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was really clean. The room could use some fresh paint or touch ups. Breakfast was decent. Made a ham and egg biscuit! Super friendly staff!
