They need more tubes or they need to not let children keep their tube after going down the slides, watched many kids have to wait for 30 minutes to get a tub. Witnessed a few moms chewing out the poor life cards over the situation and they didn't do anything about it other than apologize. They're probably not in the situation to make the rules up but something needs to come down from higher up.

Waterpark is in desperate need of renovation. Walls are very thin; lots of noise. Staff were friendly. Food was good.

The hotel room was nice, everything worked, very comfortable. The elevator was difficult to use due to the high traffic. Food was very overpriced in the pool area, although they do offer free pitchers or ice cold water.

The waterpark was about worth the value. But the cleanliness, and overall stay outside of the waterpark was absolute trash. Absolutely no control over any guests and or children running around the hallways screaming well after I would consider nighttime hours(after10pm). Many of the common spaces look like they haven’t been cleaned in months.

Water park staff was extremely rude. Wouldnt let unopened water in, making us purchase everything. Vents in room were disgusting, we all woke up feeling ill.

The pool was disgusting! It was brown and you couldn’t see the bottom. Rooms were fine and clean. Pool and all pool areas were nasty. It looked like you were swimming in mud. It smelled and there was no staff to handle the concession stand. There were no safety checks of the pool but honestly you couldn’t have found a kid in it if they were missing anyways. They have gone seriously downhill over the years.

Not going back. Hotel room: no hot water, very uncomfortable furniture/bed. Evey chair/couch leaned way back without any back support. Pool: Slides and pool was fun for the kids but overall I wasn’t a fan. Lifeguards weren’t attentive and kids were running and pushing and little kids were getti g pushed under and aside. It was chaotic and loud.

It only states in the fine print all the way at the bottom that the water park isn’t open on weeks day. That’s one of the reasons I chose that place. They also failed to mention on their website that they are under construction in a lot of areas.

It's an average hotel
The rooms are remodel which was nice, but the walls and floors between rooms are very thin. Other guest kept us up into late night then woke us back up early morning. The pool area needs a remodel it's dingy. Staff did not keep up on towels, so bring your own towels or you'll be cold when not in the water.

Not worth the money
To give a little grace, they are under construction. However, it seems though they are throwing a fresh coat off paint on top of bigger problems. Very poor craftsmanship, still very dirty, soooo loud at night and there walls and floors are paper thin. The bed and chairs were so stiff. The water park will not allow metal cups, so leave your stanley at home. The pol area is dirty (gross), and it all seems like it could use a remodel and deep clean. The breakfast buffet should be free. It wasn't anything more than a waffle maker and some eggs and bacon/sausage. We had to wait for quite a while to have anything restocked. I've had free hotel breakfasts that were better. Overall, we probably won't go there again. My son left with a scrape on his back from the waterslide, we all had headaches from the noise and chlorine, no one slept good, the elevator broke, and I've done better for cheaper.

I liked the lay-out of the family suites. I reserved three of them, but one wasn't renovated yet and the furniture and carpet were stained and outdated. The shower water was very hot and we were unable to control the temp, the knob was broke and we reported it when we left. The water park was great, although there weren't enough tables.

Pool area was lots of fun, the water was a good temperature, and the staff was very friendly. Our room was clean, but we were close to the pool so it was a bit noisy. The pool and arcade area closed at 9pm so the noise ended at a decent time. Cant wait to come back!

Nice place under construction has potential. Morning shower started good then no hot water right after shampoo. Very cold water. Cold eggs for breakfast. Mentioned issues at front desk and just got blown off.

Needs drastic improvements
Hotel undergoing much needed renovations. However, the pool water was cold, green and dirty. The locker rooms were as cold as the outdoors, you could see your breath. I was surprised that the water in the toilets was not frozen. Not a fun experience when younare cold and wet from swimming.

I paid over 250 for a room for a birthday party coming from out of town I’m a manager at a hotel - I know proper etiquette - due to confusion during check in - I was continuously told well you booked through Expedia - I can’t help. I was neglected and then was not informed the pool water was FILTHY looking. It would’ve been a nice piece of information and reason to cancel the reservation with just cause . When questioned the guards on duty said it’s safe - it’s a chemical imbalance and it’s safe to swim in . My daughter is now feeling sick. I understand being overwhelmed during check in but also being kind and compassionate to issues that arise would go a long way.

The stay was good, busy hotel, need more staff to help customers and water was a weird, kinda dirty looking color. The zero depth area had chilly water but overall decent quality, We would stay again

We arrived and the room was super tiny and super hot it was 85 degress! Are friends booked thr same 2 bed room and theirs was super large there should of been a price difference. It was -2 degrees last night and we had to keep.the ac on all night and even that didnt keep the room cool. We were never informed that there was pool.issues the pools were dark brown and dirty . It was super noisey at night went to the front at 1am to complain about the loud people outside the front door and no one was at the front desk wont recommend this llace to anyone.
