Un hotel horrible, sucio y con instalaciones y habitaciones viajas y con horrible mantenimiento. Sinceramente ni pagándome volvería a este hotel.

Cuando llegue Aser check in me dijo la persona encargado que me cancelo la habitación por q no llegue según el a tiempo cuando la app me dice que tengo para Acer check in de 3 a 11pm y yo llegué alas 9.30 pm después tuve q buscar otro hotel y pagar como 150 dlls más

La estancia en el hotel muy buena. El personal es malísimo y a parte me realizaron un cargo extra de 75 dólares sin sentido alguno.

Gracias por tu comentario. Estamos contentos de que haya disfrutado de su estancia en el hotel. Cobramos a todos los huéspedes un depósito de $ 75, que se reembolsará a la salida si el huésped no fuma en la habitación o tiene mascotas.

Overall is OK. Beds are terrible you can feel all the springs on your back during sleep.

Train the staff that when there is feedback not to retaliated the guest or not even to mention about the guest feedback. i was punished with the room that i booked. i did a review and that costed me not the get the room that I booked. you need to train the staff about cleaning vs deep cleaning and vacuum the floor

I never been in a place that the front desk gentlemen told me " because you complained to management, i will not give you the same room type" i was so shocked and i just looked him. this is extremely unprofessional. there is always a saving but don't save on housekeeping not to clean the room. restocking with towel and picking garbage bags is not cleanliness. never vacuum, the worst I was on a room that I did not book. I was told " Sorry we upgrade you" in a double room. i was just tired. i will never recommend this hotel. trained the people to be more hospitable and friendly

As per courtesy, we are giving you a room after your complaint we didn't charge you the last time cleaning fee so please don't tell us about the cleaning fee. also, we provide you with all types of services whenever you require them.But after all these, if you say this there is not any sense we see in this review But thank you for staying with us and have a great day

Great value as Encinitas is such a gorgeous place with super friendly people. It was very much a motel with poor wifi, however the staff were outstanding and accomodating.

Excellent location, room decor is a bit dated but very clean. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. For the price, this is a great place to stay.

Great area parking lot well lit rooms were outdated but was only there to sleep I didn’t see any shady characters hanging around like I was expecting since it’s California overall would probably stay here again price was on point for what it is

The room is very dirty, the carpet stinks, there are hairs in the bathtub and where you wash your hands. Absolutely no conditions to sleep.

Required to pay an additional $2.50 cleaning fee when you arrive even after paying online before arrival. Room was dirty, shower head no pressure and no hot water. Mold and rust visible everywhere. Place should actually be no charge to stay the night.

some issues on a 1 night stay
Shower water never got hot. Told the front desk, but he said to keep running it until it got hot. The water still never got hot the entire shower. The Television reception was horrible. Could not even watch it. Reported this as well, but front desk said there was nothing he could do. Would not even give me a 10% discount.

The front desk guys and gals are super. Very friendly and accommodating. Has an issue with our TV a couple weeks ago and they came right over to fix it for us. We stay here a lot and plan on returning when needed!

The front desk was being chewed out while I was waiting to check in. The guy was livid. I didn't find out what it was about. When I went to add a night via Expedia after staying 3 days a different front desk clerk came to my room and asked for another $30 for an "online booking fee." I told my son to challenge that, and the lady said then he should at least pay a $20 "management fee." He challenged that and they threw him out of the room. Expedia called them and they told Expedia that my son trashed the room. He didn't. They said I didn't leave a deposit so the made-up fee was actually $40. I did pay a deposit and I bet it's pretty hard to get it back. DON'T STAY HERE!!!!!

We didn't like the loud music from a neighbor which went padt 10pm. We liked the room and the staff and the proximity to the beach.

They did not let us know there was a deposit so when we told them we do not have money for the deposit they kept our money for the booking and have never given us a refund. We didn’t even walk in the hotel.

There is a $5.00 cleaning fee required at check in. Not sure why when no one cleaned the room during our stay. Beds not made and trash not removed at all. The room was dated and dirty. The shower basin was gray black and the handle to start the shower water came away from the wall when you pulled on it. There were several flying bugs hanging out in the room until we killed them. One of the beds felt like a box spring. You could hear the coils every time you rolled over. The area around the hotel was clean and picturesque, not far from the beach and close to Legoland. Not worth the price though.
