No pudimos viajar, porque no sale ningún vuelo para allá, por el Covid-19, no fueron capaz de cambiarnos la fecha para poder alojarnos. Se quedaron con nuestro dinero!

Great place to stay
The apartment was perfect for our stay. It was very equipped with a canteen, pool, gym, laundry, study area etc The customer service was fantastic. The people are all very nice and helpful. I would definitely book this apartment again if I were to travel back to Istanbul.

Actually I faced one of the worst experience ever had. I forgot my Airpods the day of the check out in the room. The last time shown in the icloud map after check out in the hotel. When I back the room was clean and there is nothing, and the staff know nothing!

Dear Guest, First of all, we would like to state that we are sorry for your unfortunate experience. As Ortaköy Aparts / Republika, it is our utmost priority to ensure the safety of our customers and their properties. In this respect, as soon as a customer checks out our hotel, our housekeeper, accompanied by a housekeeping supervisor, enter the room for cleaning and checks. Therefore, all belongings forgotten in the room by our guests so far have been registered and delivered to their owners, and the opposite has never been occurred. As a result of the investigations carried out by our IT unit and security team, unfortunately it is a misleading information claiming that your airpods are in our facility. The reason you see your device in our facility in the map application is because it is the last place your phone and airpods were paired, therefore the app does not show its current location. We once again state that we are sorry for your experience and state that we would like to state that it was a pleasure to host you at Ortaköy Aparts.

Mert Bey Merhabalar, öncelikli olarak yaşamış olduğunuz problemlerden dolayı özürlerimizi iletmek isterim. Bakanlığın vermiş olduğu talimatlara göre kapalı alanlarda klima kullanımları yasak olmasına rağmen bizler gün içerisinde belirli saat aralıklarında sıcak havayı çalıştırıyoruz. odanız konum olarak dış cepheye baktığı için yeterli hissetmemiş olabilirsiniz. saç kurutma makinesi oda servisi şeklinde verilmektedir , talep etmeniz durumunda ilgili departman tarafından odanıza bırakılmaktadır. Hijyen ile ilgili de ilgili departman Müdürüne gerekli bildirimler yapılacaktır. yaşamış olduğunuz problemler için tekrar kusura bakmayın lütfen , bir başka konaklama durumunuzda telafi etmek isteriz. sağlıkla kalın, Satış Müdürü

Student apartment
I stayed in Republika some years ago and I went to the same place expecting that it is still the same. Yet, with covid19 and the decrease of people in it, apparently things changed. As it is a student appartment, apparently not much is expected. I was surprised that I couldn’t have even coffee when im there. The coffee-shop was closed yet the restaurant was open, which would have made it feasible. On my last day I talked to Ms Hava and she was extremely helpful and offered me some support. This made me consider visiting them again. Also, one of the receptionists was extremely helpful, unfortunately I can’t remember his name but it had “Ğ” in it. Otherwise, the place is ok for “working remotely”, yet, the price for room size and amenities can be better.

Das war das zweite Mal das wir bei unserer Istanbul Reise in Republika Apartments Ortaköy übernachtet haben. Im Großen und Ganzen sind wir zufrieden. Es reicht völlig aus, für ein guten und sicheren Schlafplatz/ -zimmer. Dieses mal war unser Zimmer sauber von der Einrichtung und bekamen alle 2-3 Tage frische Bettwäsche bezogen. Ortaköy Zentrum ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und man hat sehr gute Busverbindungen zu Taksim, Beşiktaş oder zum Beispiel zu Cevahir Mall.

Lokasyon açısından gayet iyi ancak bir otel değil yurt bunu göz önünde bulundurmak lazım. Odalar bir miktar yıpranmış ve yeterince temiz değildi. Bir de kurutma makinesi olmayışı büyük eksik. Bunlar haricinde genel anlamda iyi bir konaklama seçeceği ancak fiyatını hak ediyor mu tartışmaya açık
