Great little place, clean and newly renovated. I loved that it’s close to the river, so you can walk by the bank and get to the city centre.

Stayed in remodeled back building, weeknight for basketball game. Was quiet, clean, staff was awesome - friendly and helpful. Room clean and mostly new, quiet. Although our room entrance was outside locked hallway, was not an issue. Pleasantly surprised by breakfast options including locally made food.

Very kind and helpful staff, well styled and clean hotel. Dog friendly which is amazing with a very reasonable fee. I have been stopping in Eugene overnight on long drives for a while and wish I’d stayed here sooner.

Not very clean. Hair in drain in bath tub. Just felt like cleaning was light if you know what I mean. So gross. Lighting terrible too.

Old property but has had a remodel. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Room had a musty smell to it. Overall good place to stay at the price point and location to school was perfect!!

Close to University of Oregon campus. Directly across the street from Matthew Knight Arena. Restaurants and market within a couple blocks. Standard motel room, but well-maintained.

Room was okay. TV didn't work . Continuously cycled on and off. Unplugged it, checked the cables, tightened and retightened them but.... still couldn't get it. Better luck next time.

Convenient overnight
Loved the unique touches. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Good location. Only complaint is that the laminate flooring made it a little noisy.

The foor was not carpated which I like, but the floor was very dirty. The bathroom smelled like stale urine. Other than that, it was very good.

This hotel makes an effort and I appreciate that. The lobby is thoughtfully decorated, the continental breakfast has food from local companies (GF and dairy free are available). Coffee and tea available all day. Yes, the rooms do not have a lot of decoration as noted in other reviews, but the beds and bedding seem new and are clean and comfortable. I would rather pay for attentive service, a clean and comfortable room and coffee, a microwave and fridge in the room than silly pictures. This will be our new hotel in Eugene.

Staff super nice and across from UO campus but if you want value, book early. We reserved only 3 days in advance because of hastily planned trip and the room was almost $400 for 1 night! (For a room clearly worth under $200). But they aren’t alone. There was a Motel 6 charging $500/nt because of a big football game that weekend
