Bad, No Wifi and phone
I pay for high speed internet but the wifi dont work, so bad because I take this hotel cuz have "wifi" then I try to use the phone to talk to reception but both phones in bathroom and room not working, my bed have a lot of hair, long hairs every where, in the pilows and restroom and like a pet, dor or cat hair, a lot! No remote for TV!!! That sucks, is cheap but now I can understand why!!

It was extremely difficult getting the room cool. Fan blowing and the window open and it was still 80 degrees in the room.

Overall, a decent place to stay, could do better on the cleanliness of the frequently used facilities like bathrooms. I’m definitely staying here again next time I visit.

I liked they had employees 24 hrs a day to unlock the doors and its pet friendly also cheapest in fairbanks. I didn't like how cold it was in the room and the thin blanket they gave us.

I called the hotel at 9:30am on March 1st and explained the 10 rooms I reserved needed a late check in. Told it was ok. My team showed up and the hotel had cancelled the rooms and have them away.

Nice stay with my pet poodle
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. they are pet friendly. They let me bring my little poodle to the hotel. they were very accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. the location was good.

Will stay again
When we first arrive at 10 pm, the front desk were having internet issue and wasn’t able to check us in. It was a little frustrating since we were so tired from a 20 hours flights. But the manager came in and just gave us a room without keeping us waiting after 10 minutes or so. So overall it wasn’t terrible. The room was clean and staffs were friendly. Great location to go out of the town or go shopping.

The room was great, but it was a bit annoying that you needed a key card to enter the building. The biggest thing I would add for improvement is to have a water dispenser in the lobby.

Great staff
Robert the manager plus the staff are very polite and willing to help. The front door now has a security door and that’s great. I’ll stay here anytime. It’s home away from home with a kitchenette plus they provide dishes and pots and pans! No other hotel like this plus Fred Meyer is just a block away.

The first room they put me in smelt like dog pee so bad that I asked to move rooms...after 3 days of asking for a different room...they moved me, this room smelt just as bad. I spent probably 50 bucks on cleaning stuff just to try and make it manageable. Floor was stained, the bed and bedding were terrible....it did have air conditioning tho...ha

The staff was rude. Complained about customers using Expedia Offered no room service to customers who used Expedia to book their stay. They offered linen but all cleaning was up to the customer
