We stayed for just one night following a cruise tour. It was the worst place. We paid for a river view cottage and were put in a garden view without any mention of the change. When I asked, the hotel said some of their river view cottages were damaged due to recent rains. I asked for a refund of the difference in price, I was provided with two breakfast vouchers instead. The room was dirty, especially the bathroom. There was only one bath towel and no toiletries. I called and asked for the items at 12pm but by 4:30pm, we still had not received them. I called again and was told that I needed to pick them up at the front desk. They said they were short staffed and would be closing for the season at the end of the week. Not worth over $300 for the night! Very disappointing.

Loved the individual cottages! Great shuttle service to car rental location and rail/airport! Very clean facility and friendly, helpful staff!

We stayed in a cottage and really enjoyed our 4 days and 3 nights. The staff was very nice in all areas. The lady that picked us up from the airport around 9:15 pm was extra nice and lots of fun.

Nice Getaway in Fairbanks
Very quiet in individual cottages. Staff was very friendly. They have an shuttle to and from the airport and to certain sites around Fairbanks. It was nice to have parking right outside of our cottage. Breakfast buffet had a charge but coffee and water was always free. Resort is close to the UAF campus.

I loved having separate cabin on a beautiful piece of property that was very quiet. The staff were helpful and friendly when you needed something but otherwise you had total privacy.

The front desk staff and the shuttle driver are absolutely amazing. I’m horrible with names so I apologize for that but everyone is extremely friendly, motivated, and energetic.

This is a quiet scenic place to stay. The staff are the best, very accommodating and helpful. The Chena restaurant is delicious with fresh grilled salmon and a tasty seafood chowder. Overall a delightful stop on our first trip to Alaska.

I really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was amazing, the price was great, and it was nice to have our own private cabin. When traveling with the kids it can be uncomfortable to have the shared walls of a traditional hotel/resort. This was a perfect solution.

We chose the Garden cabin over the river property and was so disappointed there was not a garden to look at. Other than that, our stay was absolutely perfect!

Lovely river resort in Fairbanks.
Rivers Edge is a resort on a lovely setting in Fairbanks. We appreciated the privacy the cabin afforded. It's very close to the airport, and the resort's shuttle service is excellent. We would stay there again.

The services was ok. The bed is by far the most uncomfortable bed I had ever slept in. The room is to warm even when the A/C is on, it is not enough for the whole room. Property is old and it shows.
