Property very clean Rooms small but clean I refer buffet over the restaurant more options and local food choices. Multiple pools for adults and children/family. Night/Day Entertainment enjoyable. Staff great. We had an amazing time minor complaints nothing we couldn’t resolved with the hotel and their team.

I hated the fact that even with a Butler there was NO reserved chairs at the pool and it was a mad dash on the Adult side to get any chair out of the SUN past 0500 am in the Morning.

It was over all nice. Would have liked to see sevice on beach extended to food sevice.at least for snacks. Also restrante deserts were not great. Entertainment was great reatrante food was good pools great. Also some additional water sport options would have been nice.

The fire alarm was broken and went off at around 11pm on 4/18/24 and again at around 4am on 4/19/24 and no one came to the room to check on us and fix it. I reported the morning of 4/19 at the front desk because our room phone wasn’t working. Then it went off again and and no one came until I went to the front desk to show them the video I took and then when I yelled at them finally someone came and we got relocated to another room

This property was supposed to be “Adult only” but shared numerous facilities with children, in example: restaurants, bathrooms and general evening entertainments. Poolside entertainment was “ghetto” every day. Certain staff members cat calling a few of the ladies within the group. Some staff members were not as friendly, but mostly fair. Food was less than average. No on-beach entertainment offered like most resorts.

First time in Jamaica. The resort is nice but it’s not adults only. You have to be covered up most of the time because it’s children there. Hideaway is suppose to be only adults. The staff I loved ashaayo checked me in and she was helpful my whole stay.

Resort was beautiful as well as the beach. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were not large, but very nice, and clean. Don’t pay extra for an ocean view room though, as the trees , etc within the resort obscure a view of the ocean, so even though we paid for an ocean view, you couldn’t see it. Food was good, but one of the restaurants was permanently (Tex Mex) closed so one less dining option than advertised. Falmouth area didn’t seem safe, so we stayed within the resort the whole time. I would definitely go back again.

I had high expectations for this hotel since I had previously stayed at the royalaton in Grenada and had such an amazing experience in that hotel. Unfortunately my stay at the hideaway was not the same. Our room was small “we had ocean view room” and the bathroom had no ventilation so it always felt “damped”. Our first day there a pipe broke so all morning there was no water. Then when the water came back our shower heads seemed to be broken because only droplets of water would come out. We went to the front desk to complain and they supposedly sent someone to fix it, however the water was still coming out in drops. The next day we went back to complain again (never answered the phone when we would call) they finally sent someone who had to replace both shower heads and the issue was fixed. Aside from the bathroom my stay was just ok, the property is well kept, the staff is friendly, food was just ok, and the entertainment & activities could have been better. For the price we paid I expected a better quality all around.

During our stay, there was a water issue where half of the resort couldn't flush toilets or take showers. When checking in I made notes on double beds, as well as sent two messages prior to our arrival that went unread or ignored. Once they switched our rooms, we still ended up being placed in a one-bed setup, but we ended up separating them ourselves. Several times during the stay calling the front desk, we didn't get anyone to answer. Also, when there were plumbing issues they said they would send someone and they never came. Several areas need support in this resort. A check and balance system as well as better training for staff to ensure they are treating all resort guests equally. Rooms should be stocked the same and the cleanliness of the bathrooms(showers) and rooms (sheets) need some attention. Placing a sign outside of the door for servicing was ignored on two occasions even after speaking to the staff member. Food areas should be properly set the same and shouldn't have a major delay before the area is cleaned for the next set of guests. We did experience a few servers that were great (Calypso~Lauren or LeeAnn). Other than that, the facility was decent.

I would definitely recommend this all inclusive and will likely return! Beautiful property, clean and spacious. The multiple dining options were a huge bonus although the buffet was delicious as well. The reservation for Zen was easy and able to get us in that night. Staff were friendly and wanted to make sure you had a good time. Room service was fast and efficient. Although there were peddlers on the beach, I never felt overwhelmed by their pushiness. The Vibe Team at the pool kept you smiling and having a great time and the bartenders were quick.

I traveled as a solo female traveler. Initially, I stayed at a hostel prior and then stayed here for the last 2 nights and it was amazing! This was a beautiful property upon entering and throughout my experience. The staff were friendly, helpful and responsive. The room was well maintained, spotless & very pretty. The restaurants and bars on the facilities were gorgeous. I loved the option of going to any and all the restaurants. It was so relaxing to walk around the pools afterwards and even then the beach at the end of the night. The breakfast/brunch served in the morning is delicious and the coffee was strong and well made (even for me because I’m a coffee snob)! I used the gym and then was to hopped into the ocean- such a wonderful experience! I will definitely come back!

Lots of dining options. Some rooms face the back alley and outsides of the resort. We asked to switch rooms, as our balcony view was not good. We are early risers and enjoy the balcony. They were able to accommodate us!

I have never stayed at a worst resort ever in all the years i have traveled. The staff was rude and not friendly. I did not sleep the 4 days i was there due to a party across the street going on every night till 4 in the morning. I spent 15 20 minutes waiting for a drink or for any service at that matter.The dinner service was extremely slow. The bathroom in my room was pouring water everyday. The hotel had only 1 working elevator. The staf who sells the excursions lie. We were suppose to be back to the hotel at 2:30 They picked us up at the excursion spot at 5. (teh excursion place said that this hotel does this all the time) We were forced and basically held hostage at the excursion. The hotel lost my luggage. They refuse to call the tour buses that go to the airport. I asked for video footage. I will not be paying for any services with this hotel. I am disgusted. They dont even deserve 1 star. Every guest i spoke with said the same thing. The service is the worst service i have ever seen. I will NEVER chose the Royalton for a stay. I will let everyone know dont even waste your money. DO NOT GO HERE! You will regret it. You should not be putting autograph collection because this is not even a 1 star hotel. If you are looking to stay in Montego Bay, you should consider the Excellence if you are looking for a pleasurable time.We went there for guest pick up ,you can tell the difference in cleanliness and friendly staff. What a difference.

The property itself it absolutely BEAUTIFUL. However the food is lackluster and the rooms need immense attention. The first 24 hours we did not have a working toilet or shower and had to walk over to the spa to shower for dinner. And paid for a diamond level jacuzzi room just to never use it because first the stopper was missing and then to discover it was leaking onto the suite below us. I just wished I received all the amenities we paid for. The butler’s however were very attentive (Liam and Fabian) and a major help. They did their best to make us comfortable in moments we were not.

I really loved it here , the room was really clean and modern . I loved the variety of restaurants they had including the buffet . The food was amazing and well prepared. The drinks at the restaurants and bar was also A , the staff was so nice , helpful and responsive. I enjoyed every bit of my trip. I would definitely go back.

The staff for the most part were amazing..except for the pool bar.. bartenders were rude, the service was very poor. We didn’t feel safe with all the homeless people literally next to the resort.. sleeping on the resort lounge chairs during the night. It was an adult only resort, but had to share many of the restaurants with the family side, so certainly not adult only even though we paid more. Lisa and Dane from the lobby bar were amazing! We would come back just to see them!! Check in/check out were very simple and fast. The food was good
