Everything was nice at the facility the bed a little rough on the back but ok queen size bed somewhat small for me and hubby though will stay again staff very friendly and attentive.

Excellent staff. So friendly we have been here several times and will stay again just because of the wonderful ladies at your front desk. Hotel is perfect for our travel requirements and pet friendly which is one of the features we look for when traveling.

Queen Size bed instead of King
The stay was pretty good overall. We were able to check in early but our room didn’t consist of a king size bed like we paid for.

Was not able to check to check in because the key system was not working. Did not stay at this property. Had to make arrangements to stay at another hotel. I did not stay here and would like a full refund since I was not able to check in and stay at this hotel.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was absolutely lovely. The elevator is small and there is only one, but staff is friendly and gracious. Eager to help you take the trolly up! :) I didn’t like the smell once you got up to the floors. The room smelled fresh but the hallways do not. Odd. Overall excellent experience. I love the IHG hotels!

The staff were so friendly and wonderful! The place was so clean! The snack area was well stocked and the prices were cheaper than the grocery store! Only thing was the A/C pobably needs to be looked at, the fan in the bathroom did not work and the toilet paper needs to be upgraded. But I will definitely stay here again!!!

Excellent Experience
It was an amazing time, the friendly staff, cleaning, the room, comfy bed and everything was great. It is a pleasure to stay in a hotel that doesn't smell like mold, humidity or smoke. I'm definitely going back and I will recommend it to everyone.
