Didn't like the fact that our key didn't work had to go up to the desk three different times to get different keys that was a pain other than that everything was great

Nice size room, nice hot shower
Room was clean, fairly quiet considering interstate nearby. Plenty of room to spread out. Nice microwave & refrigerator. Bedding could have been heavier but pretty comfortable. Best part was hot shower, love the shower head and hot water.

The suite was great. The hot tub was clean on a surface level. The jets not so much. Cleaned the tub for about 2-3 hrs.. even allowing it to cycle. The jets still emitted some orangish tan residue. I purchased the room for the hot tub, but the customer service was great and the room nice and clean..

We stayed here for 2 nights. The front desk was very friendly. The room was clean and all furnishing but the sleeper sofa worked. Sofa was broken and didn't pull out. When sitting back you sat on the boards. Reported to front desk and maintenance was going to attend to it. The main problem I had with the room was the fact that the mattress so firm I had to go buy something to put on mattress inorder to sleep. We arrived late the first night so sleeping was very difficult.

It seemed like this Baymont was half done with renovations. The furniture was new, the linens were new (and not really softened yet, still a bit rough), but the wallpaper and curtains looked a bit old. Some of our rooms had curtains not fully attached to their hangers, and at least one of the minifridges needed defrosting. The AC/heating was some of the best I have encountered. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything was clean. I didn't think it was too noisy, even with a large number of high school students there for a tournament. Breakfast trays were all full - nothing was missing.
