Es un hotel con facilidad para transportarse a pie, pero me decepciono, el personal, la habitacion no era la mas linda, pero aun asi le vimos el lado bueno porque esta muy bien situado, no tiene estacionamiento asi que tienes que pagar uno por 30 euros la noche a dos cuadras. la comida no estuvo buena.

Es un hotel boutique hermoso y súper bien ubicado. Servicio excelente y personalizado. El desayuno un poco básico. Nuestra habitación muy espaciosa y finamente decorada. La zona inmejorable! Definitivamente lo recomendaría y volveré espero que pronto. No tiene elevador

Perfecta ubicación
Pequeño pero agradable y bien ubicado. Lo negativo : éramos 5 personas por lo que tuvimos q pagar por una 3er. habitación y a muy alto precio, ya q se negaron a que hubiéramos 3 en una; la recepción y el estar están muy calientes; es incomodo subir las maletas ya que no tienen elevador o suficiente personal; no tienen jabón de pastilla para bañarse, ni crema para el cuerpo, ni shampoo.

Dear Alejandra, Thank you for your comments. We always appreciate people's feedback. I am glad you enjoyed the hotel and location. However, I would like to clarify that legally we are only allowed to have two people per room. Therefore, when we received your reservation for 2 people (1 person in each room) and then 5 people arrived we were surprised because the portals will not allow you to make the reservation for more than two people per room which is why we offered you another room. Our staff always offers to take suitcases and bags. Unfortunately we do not have an elevator because our building was a palazzo from the 1600. kindest regards,

el chico filipino y la chica de Chile muy atentos
El hotel es excelente, el desayuno también es buenoe salir antes del desayuno para un tour y me permitieron comer lo que encontrara en el refrigerador y café, té, cereales etc. Está ubicado en el corazón de Florencia pero hay muchoooo ruido al estar abajo de un mercado está el ruido todo el tiempo en la mañana desde las 6:30 hasta las 10:30 pero es exagerado, esto deberían decirte. Y no te dejan comer en tu habitación yo llevaba una galleta típicas de ahi y me la tuve que comer en el salón. Eso no me gusto porque al pagar puedo hacer uso de mi habitación como mejor me parezca claro con educación y si piensan que les van a destruir sus lindos muebles mejor que no renten. Si lo recomiendo, si volvería a estar aquí pero tal vez buscaríanjevas experiencias.

I am sorry that you were bothered by the outside noise of the square as we gave you the free upgrade so that you could enjoy a deluxe room with a view to the square instead of a stantard one. When we showed you the room, we did mention that you could experience a bit more noise than in the standard room, so you had the option to stay in the room that you had originally reserved. As every place, we do have rules, but we do have a living room area where guests can eat, so we are not forbidden anyone from eating at the bed & breakfast. Given that our building is one of the oldest of Florence, we try to protect it as much as possible. We really hope you give us the chance to make your next stay here with us wonderful! Ubicación perfect, habitaciones cómodas y personal del hotel muy amables. Si van en carro, consultar con el personal del hotel previamente donde parquear por las restricciones de Florencia para los carros.

Estupenda estancia. Christopher muy atento. Recordar que no es realmente un hotel con lo que puede ser un problema el checking. Cerca hay un parking garage del terme donde puedes dejar el coche si llegas a Florencia con el.

Mala experiencia
Salí con picaduras de bichos de la cama y ronchas en brazo y espalda. No pude identificar tipo de factor, pero la reacción me obligó a consultar un dermatólogo durante mi viaje. La ubicación es muy buena, pero el ruido del mercado es desde temprano y hasta tarde.

Great place with a lot of character and sophisticated furnishings, art and antiques. We wished the staff on site were up to that level, which was definitely not the case. The location is great but night life just below goes on till very late and generates a lot of noise. Overall, we won't go back there.

Friendly staff in a unique hotel
Friendly staff in a unique hotel. A great location to walk to all attractions. The breakfast, coffee, tea and Limoncello available were wonderful. Perfect for younger people as it can be a little loud outside due to being in the middle of the neighborhoods. Room set up being two flights up may not be suitable for older couples.

Gem in downtown Florence
I was able to communicate real well with Claudi for ease of check in through WhatsApp. This place is very cozy and it’s in the heart of downtown, súper accesible to Piazza di la Signoria…leather market right next to it and great restaurants all around. If you are ok with a little noise at night, people walk around there and there are bars at night with live music… breakfast was very complete and the building is very historic and elegant… you will feel right at home.

Ein sehr schönes B&B. Mitten in der Stadt und in einem stilvoll eingerichteten Haus. Man konnte alles sehr leicht und bequem zu Fuß erreichen. Auf Grund der Lage am neuen Markt war uns klar und auch gewollt, dass wir die Geräusche der Stadt intensiv mitnehmen. Allerdings hatten wir nicht bedacht, dass die Stände auf dem Markt jeden Morgen ab 5:30 Uhr wieder neu aufgebaut werden und das war dann doch lauter, als erwartet. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner place to be für einen Städtetrip - mit viel Charm und nostalgischem Flair.

Of the seven hotels we stayed at, this was our favorite. It was clean, cozy, breakfast was great and staff was friendly. One thing to note is that the area gets loud at night because of the piazza and the hotel rooms are on the third floor and there’s no elevators.

This charming hotel is perfectly located in the city. It sits behind a plaza with open air vendors. The staff are friendly and breakfast was good . It can get loud in the early morning as vendors set up their stands at the market- nothing double paned windows couldn’t fix. One room had little ambient light, but it is very charming and would definitely go back.

The property was very stylish but the room inside wasn't clean enough. Has dust everywhere especially in the bathroom. The mattress was the worst part of the room, was so old and destroyed that we couldn't sleep at all.
