Limpieza es aceptable y la cortesia de la mayoria de empleados es muy buena sino sobresaliente; para un hotel de cerca de lo $200 noche me esperaba mejor habitacion el Shuttle que tienen es muy conveniente, rapido y con gente muy amable

We stayed at this specific courtyard because of its location. We had a family event nearby. The hotel didn’t meet our expectations. The rooms are outdated and not throughly cleaned. There was not enough lighting in the room. It felt more like a motel than an actual hotel…

El carpetero que se cree inteligente.
Para mi todo fue horrible ...renté dos habitaciones,al llegar al hotel resulta k solo habían reservado 1 y el hotel estaba supuestamente lleno y el que estaba trabajando en el lobby fue tan descarado que me ofreció rentarme una habitación que estaba vacía a un precio mucho más caro que lo ke yo había conseguido mediante Hotel.com .....pues nos fuimos y conseguí a mejor precio y mejor lugar otro hotel pero por nuestra cuenta...al final tuve muy buen fin de semana pero a ese hotel jamás vuelvo ...

Buena opción solo deben mejorar puertas de vecinos
En general la experiencia fue buena. Tenemos 3 niños, el inconveniente fue que en la noche se escucha cada vez que cierran las puertas de las demás habitaciones, entonces el descanso no fue total. Por lo demás todo bien

Very noisy. Woke several times in the night with sirens and street noise. Charged my CC more than posted on Expedia, told it was a refundable room charge, no room charges were made, still no refund, it has been over 24 hours since checkout

The hotel and our room were modern and very clean. Even though I received email about ongoing renovation (after I booked!) it was a non-issue as work being done was at south end of property and cordoned off. Located at very urban intersection of Fed 1 and Commercial (870), walking anywhere is a relatively dangerous activity. Nevertheless, it is a secluded gem with patio/pool area, lush and green. Balcony (backside, away from Rt.1) was nice touch Nightlife area is a 5 minute drive away. Great deal, overall.

I booked through Expedia , 1 room with double beds but when I got there I was informed that it wasn’t available so I was given a queen with a roll out bed which wasn’t very comfortable but overall I enjoyed my stay.

Check-in was quick and easy. We were greeted by Flavia, who was very polite and helpful in answering our inquiries. Although there are some renovations on-going in areas, we found our room Immaculate. I would gladly stay again the next time we come to Fort Lauderdale.
