Management lack empathy for guests. They moved me to another building of this chain motelgar from where I needed to be and management did not allow me to check-in till 4:00PM in spite of me explaining that I had been travelling for over 12 hrs and that I am a senior lady (70). However walk-ins were allowed to check-in and get the room right in tne minute. They just carr about the money.

The worst attitude and service in front desk
Racist , bad attitude , disrespectful, rude, though and intolerant from the contact and directions received from the front desk manager. I have been tolerant with the behavior of the miss who attends the front desk but it was the last time this service is unacceptable. last time she pushed the kitchen door on the face of my mom using rude manners because my mom didn’t know that it was prohibited to open the kitchen’s door, this time she didn’t had the room type which derived to provide an upgrade room for free since it was not a customer fault then the miss on the front desk was complaining because they didn’t received extra money of the free upgrade and telling me that was not allowed to use the dishes of the room because this type of room was intended to be used by Canadians and they are worthy customers and unfortunately I’m Mexican

Es un lugar viejo pero es tranquilo. Al personal le falta ser agradable, nada cuesta. Falta un poco de mantenimiento, ya que son lugares viejos que ya les haría bueno algunas renovaciones. Centrico y cerca de muchas locasiones útiles

La señora en recepción está fuera de su lugar. La edad la sobrepasó. Deberían reemplazarla. Las mucamas están influenciadas por la Madame. En general muy mal lugar. Jamás volveré ! Control remoto no funciona y no lo cambiaron Colchón en mal estado y no lo cambiaron !

This property or at least my room, was very old, rundown. Overall, Bad experience. My room air conditioner, which is the kind that goes into the window, barely worked when I first got there and then it stopped working all together, so I spent two days very uncomfortable, literally had to go to my car sometimes to cool off. The room was an affordable price, but I would’ve rather paid more and had something newer and nicer
