Solo llegamos a pasar la noche, pero es muy cómodo el hospedaje, te indican todo muy bien en las instrucciones del selfcheck in. Las áreas comunes en el jardin son muy lindas y relajantes. Excelente opcion si buscas un alojamiento cómodo cerca al aeropuerto de Fort Lauderdale.

El lugar esta bonito para pasar una noche, o sea dormir y seguir, la habitación muy pequeña, hay humedad, el refrigerador se tambalea, en fin para el precio esta bastante pobre. La pintura de las puertas en verde y fileteadas en azul oscuro no es nuestro gusto, los jardines de frente que separa las dos aceras si nos gustaron mucho.

Easy to get from the airport by public bus, near bus stops, a whole food market and fast food options. Very clean room, AC works fine and the fact that you don't need cards or keys to enter is one less worry. The AC made some noise, the walls were very thin, and the shower didn't get hot, but these are very small problems. Overall, it's pretty good for the price, and I would definitely stay again.

Arrived late in the evening and had not received any information on how to enter the property, no codes or anything. Took over an hour to receive anything which then turned out to be the wrong code. Was after midnight by the time I got into the room. The toilet was very dirty full of stains from the previous guest. The drink machine outside the room was out of order. Very very disappointed with my stay and feel I should be accommodated for the inconvenience

I was not happy that I was woken up at 2 am because there was a unit making so much noise right up till 4:30. I was down for work and had an early flight out back to work. I really didn’t appreciate being told that the cops would be called on me for banging on the door and asking them constantly to just keep it down. Unfortunately I won’t take the risk of something like that happening again

Nobody to help you just a phone line that they never pick up. If you are able to get through to them be careful about any complants you voice, they will promplty hang up on you and never answer the phone again. Terrible service and btw they carege a 60 dollar cleaning fee on top of everything else so watch out for that.

Absolutely terrible, the walls are made out of paper. I stayed there 2 nights and both nights I couldn’t sleep. No staff on site, loud music playing. Dirty sheets.. I can keep going on and on. Stay away from this place.

Should have been better
The checkin was a disaster. Did not receive any correspondence regarding getting into our room or even accessing the property. Had to call a phone number and leave a message once we were standing outside the property. There was no onsite staff. Fortunately we got a call back within 5 mins and went through 25 mins of emailing photo ID and accessing websites for checkin. THEN, we were informed of the ‘cleaning’ fee. This was unpleasant as we were not expecting this.(spoke to many other couples there that also had the unexpected cleaning fee. So, there you go. 3 stars.

Passcode for gate and door did not work. No one would answer calls or email. At least three other rooms had issues with pass code. Finally a service worker was able to contact manager. No one is onsite at this property area surrounding hotel is sketchy at best

Be careful: they added a large "mandatory fee" to our first 2-day stay, and slightly larger (per diem fee) to our second 1-day stay, which is hidden from the booking sites. There is no manager so the customer has to send in a pic of both sides of ID, credit card, take selfie, etc. so all that is in their files, and there are no services. We planned to use their "luggage storage" listed as a property feature but only contracted cleaning crews come to the place even though they cleaned our room by 11AM they could not leave our bags in there until the official checkin time, which on the website and upon ID validation was 2PM but was stated as 4PM once we contacted the virtual service number (which goes to voicemail sometimes). For an extra large fee we could get an early checkin at 11AM but even that story varied from another day of rent to a half day. So we hung out in the rain with 5 bags most of the day. Everything here is remote controlled by electric keypads and ring door cameras and everything listed as amenities or courtesies cost more. Nice property for sure but you are not a person but a cash machine for the owners.

On check in no toilet paper was on property and there are no staff on site. It was delivered the next day, but we had to buy our own first. Heat was not working correctly, and we were not able to take a hot shower for the week of our stay. It was warm at best most of the time, when we thought it might be hot, it only lasted a couple minutes.

Fit the Bill
Bed had more than enough pillows. Comforter could be thicker as Ft. Lauderdale can be chilly at night in January. Not hot water so had to take a cold shower. Only downside. Should've given 3 stars for comfort as that's important. But other than that, good place to stay.

Nicely remodeled older property in a pretty average area. Our first night there was unit 11 and it was tiny but serviceable. Our second night was in room 10 and it was huge. Beautifully done. Was a little put off that we could not be granted a late checkout of an hour but we would probably stay here again.

The place was nice I stayed here before. We paid $150 up front for the property for the night. The problem was they charged $47 for cleaning after paying the $150 for the total of $210. I feel like they should just include that in the price when they advertise it.

The automated age is upon us! While the property is clean and the room was spacious and well appointed, I am not a fan of zero onsite management, the lack of a vending room with ice, beverages or snacks. Not to mention if someone needs an extra towel, or blanket or tissues. Or, the other zillion things that can happen in a hotel that constitute an emergency. ***Plus, the additional $63 mystery fee was added on at the last moment, leaving me no option to change hotels. Then the $150 hold on my CC (with 7-10 day refund) the day before a cruise was excessive and unwarranted. So, this hotel is no longer the value as it was advertised. Overall, I am disappointed with this property and hope the management company will revise the excessive fees and holds on CC. Lastly, at least two guests had great difficulty accessing their rooms, and asked ME for help. My rate is $150 an hour, so, I calculate that a refund of $75 for my time seems fair as there is no onsite management!!! Thinking more about the ludicrous situation of a hotel filled with guests and no one onsite in the event of an emergency, I can honestly say that this is the one and only time that I’ll stay at a hotel too cheap to hire staff to address any problem that might arise. I look forward to my compensation for acting as onsite staff to two very confused guests. Never Again!!

Parking isn’t abundant. Our biggest issue was trying to get into the unit with the door code provided. We were locked out for awhile waiting for the girl on the phone to try numerous door codes to get the door to unlock. There is no office on the property so if you don’t get a hold of someone you are screwed. Pushing the ring doorbell as directed for assistance did not work. Cameras everywhere outside watching us struggle to get into the unit with inclement weather approaching. Besides that the room was spacious and clean.
